Viswanathan sir informs the team about the decision of the chairman that he has accepted to run the company.To face the challenges of the company Viswanathan sir has formed a 5 member team comprising himself,Susan, david and 2 more persons..And appoints karthik Vishnu Lakshmi and Raji to work in ground level to support the core team.The Net connection is disconnected due to the non payment of the bills.Karthik and Vishnu meet David to complain about the net problem...But David is not ready to take the responsibility...asks them to deal the problem by themselves as they are the supporting members to the core team..Karthik and Vishnu meet the sky talk people to get the connection back...but they are not ready to give them extra time to settle the bill and ask them to pay at once to get the connection back..Kattai and Puli of sales department suggests KV to take the net connection from the different net service provider...KV with the help of kattai and Puli get the net connection to their company from Mobitone net service provider.Skytalk people comes to Nettech and warns them to pay the bills or else have to face the consequences..Later Karthik gets a call from Adiyaal of skytalk people, threatening him..Vishnu while tlking to them olarifies his address .At night Vishnu was attacked by adiyaals of sky talk..KV complains to police.Police arrest the adiyaals and through them they make sky talk official come to the police station...Inspector threatens him to way off the bills of Nettech or else he will go to press..Sky talk manager accepts to wayoff the bills.David is not happy with KV as they dealt the sky talk matter and solved the problem..He arranges job for KRV without their knowledge with high salary just to chase them away from Nettech..KRV disappoints David by denying the offer.

Sales team with Madan,Swetha and Manju discuss about their job..Kattai tells them about Viswanathan sir's decision of absorbing hardware people into software department. Madan is not willing to go to software as he has to work under his friends..Swetha tells them about her dad's decision in investing in their company.But Madan is not able to accept the fact that swetha is their MD..But somehow manju and swetha convinces him. ..Swetha s dad meets her in office and discuss about she taking charge as Business head for the Nettech hardware solutions..He has arranged a team to support her.She introduces Madan to her dad as her friend.Madan thanks Swetha's dad. He in turn asks his support to swetha.

Karthik's parents come to office.His mom compels him to accompany them to see the girl for him.Karthik strongly refuses to go with them.But his mom threatens him that she will take her life if he doesn't agree to go with them to see the girl..Karthik tries his hard to convince her but in vain..His dad requests karthik to come with them just to see the girl and later he ll try to convince his mom.

Karthik explains the situation to Raji and requests her to give him permission to go with their parents to see the girl.Raji hesitantly agrees ..but says that he'll be responsible if anything goes wrong and she'll not be alive ..

And David's scene with vichu is becoming funny now a days...valiya poi vaangi katikarar...

I doubt whether I can include KV with Ebinezer in comedy list...but at some places Vishnu's expressions really brought laughter..
