U can jus follow d steps..

1: write on whom u r writin a proposal in block letters..
Eg: TAANI AND REY

2: write ur ideal proposal

3:write a small message to sum1 on this if..
May it b ur friend or sum1 u want to dedicate or sister bro or jus anyone..

And those who wanna appreciate or comment on proposals made..
