Schedule: I get up at 7am and by 7.30, I am out of my house. I reach the sets by 8.30 and shoot till 9 in the night! I actually have been struggling to stay fit because of long hours and travelling, but I am extremely careful about my diet. Whenever I get the time during shoots, I run to the basketball court. I have a yoga mat in my room and I do yoga whenever I get time.
Fitness regimen: I do a lot of ballet to keep myself agile. I do a lot of push-ups and crunches and also dance a lot. I have never been to a gym... I always work out on my own. Diet: I avoid fried food. The day I have to shoot a dance sequence, I go high on sugar because a lot of energy is burnt. I am a vegetarian but I had to start eating chicken because protein is needed in my diet since we lose a lot of it while dancing.
Skincare: Since we use a lot of make-up and have to keep it on for around 12 hours, it takes a toll on the skin. I remove my make-up immediately after I finish my work. I wash my face twice, use a toner and a night cream. Whenever I have time, I use a face pack or scrub and also drink a lot of water.
Relax and pamper: I love massages, especially foot massages
P.S- Kunwar was a vegeterian & he has also started eating Chicken recently.😉
