Saying that Rudra is not her fiance would have immediately exposed her to that lecher, Sumer ... he was ready to throw her out ... and god knows what else, since he was only to happy to assume what kind of girl she was.

This way she is under the protection of not only Rudra, but his father and his kaaka too. Much safer to accept the relationship for the moment.

M not happy with Paro's silence today. It's not that she went into shock. She can't escape rudra but that doesn't mean she couldn't defend herself...she didn't utter even a no! It was Rudra's secret,she had nothing to lose. I hope Paro gives a good reaction to rudra when he'll ask her to pretend to be his fiance,she shouldn't calmly accept all the things Rudra is doing with her life,especially bcz she feels that Rudra is the wrong one here.
