Hiee Guys !

Today's episode Suraiya pointed out that Zain can very well take a divorce, as he is not happy with Aliya.

Does Zain want divorce? No. Because he never thought of it on his own, it doesn't take one to be a genius anyway. Suraiya planted it in his mind, he is not acting on it yet.

But the main point is, when Divorce comes up, so does Mehr ! 😎 🤣

They never mentioned the Mehr amount, it was something whispered by Osman. Now I hope being the smart guy he is, he has placed a good amount as Mehr, maybe Half of Zain's estate or more 🤣

Divorce ka Suraiyya phir kabhi sochegi bhi nahin 🤣 Neither will Zain 🤣🤣

Suraiyya would have to think of getting Aliya convinced for a divorce, and that will take Ages ! 🤣

Those who are not understanding the technical words.

Mehr is a mandatory amount in monetary terms or a measurable quantity, that is promised by the groom or his father to the bride at the time of Nikkah.

In future if a divorce 'Talaq' from the husbands side were to take place, he has to pay her the entire mehr amount, and she walks away with it.

Now if Aliya were to ask for divorce 'Khula', she doesn't get any amount, nor does she have the right to ask for any remaining Mehr.

Mehr is anyways obligatory on the husband, he has to give it to his wife in his lifetime, else it is considered a debt on him, when he dies.

the fact that the mehr wasn't disclosed out in the open as it usually is, im assuming that there's a reason for this...maybe its a big amount that will only be disclosed if the "divorce" situation arises... usman is 1 clever man...he's 1 step ahead of suraiya

Usman mustve known his doogy ki poonch family will try everything to kick Aaliya out..

M soo excited after reading the producer's post that Aaliya will give it back to Zain...Super excited !

Wow!! Interesting!! I didnt know the importance of Mehr... Was wondering why they hadnt disclosed the amount during the Nikaah... Looks like it'll come into picture when the divorce track starts...
