Yes I too wanted to write an OS based on the Promo 😆... Tried my hand at it , please do let me know what you think ...
Jalal catches Jodha just as she is about to faint, before closing her eyes she gives him a faint smile as if saying " goodbye Shenshan , I have done my duty. Now you will be safe"
Jalal is in complete disbelief of what just happened, getting back to reality with screeching cries from behind the curtain ... It was Hamida who was panicking for the safety of her favourite bahu. He is now surrounded by family and all assembled for the wedding all trying to get a glimpse of Jodha , shocked at what just happened .
Benazir seeing the commotion has escaped with the help of Adham Khan. As she gave a goodbye nod to Adham they were spotted by Maham Anga , who wanted to question Adham about his involvement in this matter but Jalal's voice distracted her, he was calling out to Jodha , asking her to open eyes , trying to keep her awake , asking someone to bring the Hakim.
Jalal carries Jodha to her room but just as he is about to enter her room she shouts "shehensha look out " looking at her expressions he turns behind. To find Abul Mali charging towards him with a dagger, handing Jodha to Moti and Hakim he goes to face Abul Mali himself , overpowering the traitor he orders him to be taken to the prison, At that moment his priority was Jodha , she had to be saved .
In the meanwhile Hamida , Rukaiya , Maham Anga had reached Jodha's room the rest of the Harem women were sent to the safety of their rooms by Rukaiya and MA. Hakim were checking on Jodha ,who was sinking. They were trying to flush out the poison form her body.
Jalal now turns to go towards Jodha' s room, simultaneously giving orders to his imperial guards, to be on high alert as Abul Mali's men may attack and also instructing them to capture Benazir.
Walking towards her room he remembers how she had tried to save him time and again, remembering his taunts targeted to hurt her only so she would not think he still has a soft spot for her. He didn't want her to believe she had been successful in her revenge against him, he the shehensha of Hindustan had fallen head over heals in love with her. He just wanted to hide his vulnerable side behind those deliberate taunts and belittling of Jodha.
At the entrance of Jodha's Room he heard the Hakim saying , the poison is very powerful, although they have flushed out most of the poison but the she isn't out of danger. He stood there Shattered by the thought of loosing Jodha , from whom he had been trying to distance himself in vain.
Just then a strong gust of wind blows , As it is about to blow out the Diya burning near Jodha's Kanha idol two hand s cover it from either sides , Jalal and Rukaiya had both seen the diya at the correct time and protected it from being extinguished . Both remembered the small request from JO to let the Diya burn else it will be an 'abshagun'. Rukaiya gave Jalal an assuring nod and said believe in the all mighty , he will not take her away from us so soon.
Meanwhile Atgha ( yes he is still there and finally has some part in the story 😆) has caught the fleeing Zakira and upon interrogation she has revealed the zeher mohra which was an antidote to Benazir 's poison. He reaches Jodha's room and hands it over to the Hakim, who say Jodha should be better in an hour ( Zak took only 5minutes in the serial 😉 )
After about an hour of restless waiting , Jodha is awake . Seeing Hamida in tears she reassures her she is fine now, much better and thanks Salima and Hamida for trusting her when she was loosing all hopes of saving shehensha . Although she was speaking to Hamida and Salima her eyes were scanning the room searching for him, she spots him standing at he far end of her room , his eyes speaking a million words , she knew he wanted to be by her side but the incidents of the last few weeks still created an awkwardness between them.
Hakim suggested Jodha should be allowed to rest and not speak much . HB , SB , MA and Rukaiya take leave. Hakim asks Moti to accompany him for Jodha medicines, Moti looks at Jalal who asks her to go bring it and tells her he will be by Jodha till she is back.
Jalal standing near the window of Jodha's room , looking at her. He has to say so many things to her apologise for his behaviour , thank her for saving him, scold her for taking such a drastic step but he doesn't know where to start.
Jodha on the other hand wants to shout at him for not beleiving her, question him on his carelessness in Benazir case, ask him if he was safe unhurt by Abul Mali.
But both are quite , silence seemed to have a conversation between them. Jalal walks towards Jodha , sits beside her on the bed , holds her hand his eyes speak what his heart wants to say ,in reply jodha gives a slight smile and a nod in affirmation. Jalal smiles back and holds her hand in a firm grip , reassuring her everything will be fine.
