don't worry! its not that uncommon and nothing to judge- its not embarrassing as people make it to be. It can be pretty painful and it needs to be dealt seriously.

Dude consult a doctor- you might need a small operation depending on how bad your case is and yeah some lifestyle changes- its root cause is constipation so you need massive fibre intake but ofcourse after your operation- as of now surgery is what you need immediately!

Get your condition checked by your doctor...and follow the doctor's advice. Don't just search up stuff on google and diagnose yourself with whatever illness fits in.

And there is nothing to be ashamed of...its just another medical condition out of the many.
