Jodha had no other option left to save Jalal... She knew this is last way to save her husband... She knew that Benzir will not give him poison at this time in front of entire darbar... but this was the last chance to prove her, she is visheli naagin... Jodha decided to sacrifice herself... She arranged same type of snack poison... This poison was very strong... it effect in entire body within three minutes... and very rare chance of survival... She was ready for her last act of her life... She gulped entire glass of poison in seconds. She knew she had only about three minutes...
Benzir pretend eating saviya from bowl without spitting her poison in it... She gave bowl to Jalal to finish the rasam... Jodha with thunder shout; "Wait Shenshah..." Entire darbar in shock and looking at Jodha... Jalal looked at Jodha with another bitter look... She abruptly got up, came up to Jalal and She swiftly took bowl of Saviya from Jalal's hand ... She looked at Jalal with immense pain and said, I agree I have failed to demonstrate Benzir is Vishkanya... but I can't let you die Shenshah... It is my duty as wife to save your life... I am ready to take any punishment but I will not let you eat this...
Jalal with extreme rage got up from his chair... shouted at Jodha loud; "ENOUGH...JODHA... I WILL PUNISH YOU FOR YOUR ACTION..."
... And without waiting for Jalal to respond further, she eats all saviya... and looked at Jalal with winning and proud look she added... Shenshah, you will know I was right...
Benzir was happy since she knew in that bowl there was no poison and again Jodha will be prove wrong...
Jalal with annoyed and sympatric expression; Jodha, I had never thought, you will go up to this low... You are disgusting... Today I am feeling pity on your action... you are awfully jealous of Benzir, that you have ruined entire ceremony... Then he announced loudly with anger; I am punishing you that I will never see your face again... I don't want to see you in Agra anymore...
Jodha looked at him with enormous ache and tears in her eyes and said Shenshah, Thank you for this punishment... This will make easy for my journey to leave everything including you Shenshah...and as per your wish yesterday, I am glad that day has come... I will die in front of you... you will be relieved from me forever... Aur hamari masa ki izzcha bhi poori hogi ... humari arthi Agra se hi niklegi... you will never have to see my face ever again... This is perhaps last time you are looking at me ... She looked at him without a blink... she knew this is the last glaze...They both looked at each other with love and hate mixed feeling... Her heart was crying to parting from him... Jalal never saw in her eyes this much soreness... His anger melts down seeing her eyes with full of love for him... Everything happened within minutes... Rukaiya, Benzir and Maham had big grin on their face... Entire hall was full of people with silence...
To end, Jodha started to feel the reaction of the poison... She started to feel everything is moving around... She felt like she was chocking... her face expression change, suddenly in intolerable pain... She was struggling, trying to balance herself... and before she faints and loses her consciousness... she just wanted to look at him for the last time... she wanted to breathe last in his arms...
Jalal realized when blood came out of her mouth... and she above to fall... He again screamed in shock... JOdha...and took her in his arm before she fell... He was shocked and confounds to see her condition... his body was shivering in tremor... His brain freeze... She is dying in his arm... His tears rolled out...
HE CAME OUT OF THE SHOCK AND SCREAMED AGAIN ... CALL HAKIM... Jodha finally with all her strength open her eyes and smiled at him with content look with tears in her eyes... She knew that this is the last time she is seeing him... and finally close her eyes lost her conscious... but she still has content full of proud smile on her face...
Jalal roar with tears; arrest Benzir...and gave her dangerous fuming look...
He carried Jodha in his arm with immense pain in his eyes and took her inside her room... Put her on his bed... entire DWK people running behind him to see this beyond belief... Jodha begum sacrifice her life for Jalal...
Hamida and Salima ran inside the room... Jalal still couldn't understand his own feelings... what has happened... Hakim came running inside to see Jodha's condition... Jalal with shudder, sitting next to Jodha holding her hand tight... Hamida put hand on Jalal's shoulder with support... and inform arrival of Hakim... Jalal is still holding her hand... He doesn't want to let her go... Hakim requested Shenshah, can you please let me look at Jodha begum's condition? Jalal finally release her hand and got up from the bed... without any sob his tears were flowing out... He didn't say a word... and stand in a corner looking at Jodha... He was completely shaken and traumatized... Ruakaiya and Moti also ran inside to see Jodha's state. Seeing Jodha's condition... Rukaiya's tears came out for first time for Jodha... She realized she saved Jalal's life and sacrifice hers... she started to respect her... Jalal is still quitely standing waiting for Hakim to respond... His heart was still beating at the speed of express train... he was so shocked his brain felt numb... no thought... complete blank... His eyes widen in tremor... only thing... he could see is Jodha... his hands were trembling and shaking with fear. Rukaiya went close to him... called him... Jalal... no respose... he is still looking at Jodha without a blink. She called him again... Jalal...and again No response... Rukaiya notice his hands were constantly shaking... She loudly yell... Jalal and shake him from his both shoulder... Her yell drove every ones attention towards Jalal... finally Jalal came to realism...wake up from shock... and move his face towards Rukaiya with enormous guilt...
Hakim with nervous and worried expression; looked at Hamida... and said I don't have medicine for this type of poison... She is shrinking... She do not have much time left... Only person can cure is that Vishkanya... They always keep antidote for poison with them all the time... even with that medicine I don't think there is much hope... I have not seen this strong poison in my entire profession... Poison spreading to her body very quickly... Jalal swiftly requested Hakim... what type of antidote medicine... this morning Benizir's entire room was searched to find any evidence against her but we didn't find anything... other than some jewelry ... Hakim; Shenshah, They usually keep this medicine in different forms... they make some time jewelry like necklace or sometime pearls... So they don't get caught easily...
Jalal remember box of jewelry and some pearls in that box. He requested hakim to come with him to Benzir room... They both almost were running towards her room... Jalal showed those pearls to hakim... Hakim smelled it and little smile came on his face... and said... Yes this is Antidote for the poison... I might be able to save Jodha begum... Still I can't promise... It's all depend on her inner strength...and her own desire to survive... Hakim finally treated her with medicine...and told everyone, I have tried my best now only prayer can save her... God Bless her... If she doesn't get her conscious back within four hours than will not be able to anything...
After Hakim sahib words... Moti walk towards Jalal and gave him disgust bitter and angry look... and Said... you have no right to worry for her or shed your tears for her... you are the one who is responsible for her condition... You have hurt her to extreme... She has cried in front of Kanha for many nights... You have insulted her in front of Darbar, You have called Benzir to sit next to you instead of Jodha... You have ordered Jodha to leave from DWK... You have compare her purity, love with Benzir... she has gulped all of your accuses and insult and She was worried about your life... She has risked her life to save yours... let me tell you... She was the one who attack on Benzir at the lake with Arrows... So she can save you from Benzir... She has put her life in danger many time to save yours...TODAY I am not afraid for my life... I know in next minute you will kill me for my anger towards Shenshah... but I have no fear... I am rather die than see my Jodha in this condition. Moti was trembling in fear but stand straight in front of Jalal...
Jalal suddenly struck with his faults... So far his brain was stuck at Jodha's condition... Moti's anger made his realize his cruelty towards Jodha... He went back from the day Benzir came in his life... Jalal is looking at Moti with tears and guilt then turned his face towards Jodha... Hamida came near Moti and put her hand on Moti's head and with love she said Moti don't worry Jodha will be fine... Jodha's Kahah will save her... Hearing Hamida's word... Jalal remember how divinely Jodha believe in Kanah...
Jalal walked towards Kanah's Mandir... Sit in front of him with two hand folded and bend down his head with tears... no words... just silence and looked at Kahan's idole as last hope... Time was passing and Jalal's was feeling more and more disgusted with each and every incident when he insulted her... It was suffocating for him to bear this pain... He remembered ammi jaan's words... last night she told him... you need someone who care for you not for shenshah... who worried about her husband more not Shenshah... Jalal talked to himself... Jodha begum please come back otherwise I will be alone again... I can't live without you...please come back... This words came from his soul...His heart was pouring his inner turmoil and As if Jodha heard those words...suddenly Hakim saw some little movement in Jodha's hand... He almost yell with happiness... Shenshah,...Jalal looked at him with worried ... Hakim with happiness... Jodha begum health is improving... She just moved her hand... Jalal got up and ran towards her... He hold her hand and caress on her face... Gradually she opened her eyes...
