ashnoor-kunal had created magic. dont jump on me but to me they created more magic than mohan megha. theirs was a bond of unconditional love which was ruined with hate post leap. i do understand that beautiful relationships do get ruined in real life but they could have kept that bond alive for the viewers sake.. basically the readers couldnt digest nanhi hating mohan.
i agree the addu hate track was stretched too far.. like addu maan gaya to story hi nhi ho. was nt handled well. never saw addu introspecting n in the end sudden change. the leap of two yrs also did not fit in was unrealistic. lost mohan the character n had to put up with vasu.
in season 1 too we dint see so much of megha mohan but sill we were satisfied. the seaseon 2 revolved mostly around addu n addu baki sab uske around hi revolve kiya. addu hi prime importance tha where as in season 1 he wast. here suddenly so much importance? and on top of it there was too much of sadness n hate.
if hey did make addu lost they could have taken a leap of around 2 to 3 ys.. they could have retained ashnoor n achieved the separation as well.

It seems like that doing the marriage episode and to the end of NBT 1, there where other writers on the show...or they knew that they "maybe" will be canceled, because a lot was rushed.
I do not agree with you that we had to put up with Vasu.
Vasu was a clever and great idea...a very powerful character. A great opportunity for Kunal to show what he can do.
If you think about some of the makers and writers mistake, then they did not have any other choice than make a drastic change.
Nanni and Bira was not able to carry the show with their love story line, so they had to go back to Mohan and Megha. Now they had made a 12 years leap and they could not change that.
Who played Addu was not able to show vulnerability or depth, so they could not do much there either. Who played Munna was a great actor and a fantastic choice, but they kind of ruined it with him not being the real Addu.
Mohan and Megha was now in there 40+...what story can you give a couple in their 40ies that are powerful and interesting for the viewers?
Not much...so they kind of had to change the whole story.
Megha with a young child in a new place...was a new beginning to a season 3. If the fans has supported the new storyline...I am sure...the show would have been back for a season 3.
I think that everyone kind of know...that it was Mohan as Kunal carrying the show. So putting a lot of new actors in and giving them more screen space than Mohan...was their biggest mistake.
Vasu was a very intelligent idea and it could have been a big success. It was so different and all the new actors where great...I do not understand why the makers or the channel did not believe in there own new protejct.
Vasu was not given a fair chance.
All in all I think season 2 was great, more professionell, the director and writers did a great job.
Kunal was mind blowing.
Ruku, Aayi, Bala and Vasu had amazing and powerful chemistry together.
So 👏👏 to season 2 of NBT.
