I don't thinkk he's a cop since Sameer/Aditya was able to "hire" him to stalk Shikha initially- And cops DON'T/ WON'T/ SHOULD NOT do that 😕
BUT I do agree to the fact that the stalker is NOT a bad guy in this story- he's got a clear conscience and when he realized something's not right with Sameer- he DID try to warn Shikha about him 👍🏼
