Shah Rukh Khan's freak accident on the sets of'Happy New Year' may be more serious than reported. According to a news report in Mid-Day, the actor's doctors are not ruling out the possibility of a knee surgery.
According to the report, the actor's medical team has told SRK to rest at home for two weeks before resuming shooting. The doctors are apparently more married about King Khan's knee than his shoulder after the injury.
During the accident on the sets of 'Happy New Year', a door fell on Shah Rukh's head due to which the actor's knee was bruised as well. While SRK was immediately rushed to the hospital, he was advised to take rest post the incident.
The accident has delayed the shooting of Farah Khan's film schedule. Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Deepika Padukone and Sonu Sood.
Apart from the knee, SRK's right shoulder was bruised as well. This is the same shoulder because of which SRK had to undergo a surgery a few months back.
