Such price hikes are only allowed in few circuits and even there its a case of role of Demand
Higher the Demand, Higher the Price
The rest show a Grand Masti, a Bullet Raja, a CE, a D3 and a Jai Ho at the same price.

I'll use the same logic what Mr.Kamina used to use when we used to have debates on collections of Kahaani vs Salman's films-WHO ASKED SALMAN NOT TO HIKE PRICES?Dum hain to ticket prices hike karo and still get audiences to the cinema halls. 😉
