In jungle ...

Geet was totally drain out of strength and she was shivering with cold , pain and fear * her every breath was waiting for Maan * she was cuddling herself circling her wounded knees * she knew that Maan is on d way but how he search her in this darkness and she can't told him about her hide place in mail * she is inside d jungle and nothing is visible , even she can't go out from this place * she was lost in her thoughts when she heard a faint sound of well known music and tried to concentrate * d sound was coming closer and closer and she recognised d song ... Sajna we,, sajna we ..Mahi ,,,, Mahi...

Geet: Maan...ye Maan hei ... Ye Maan hei.

She removed d stems of bushes and dragged out and when d sound came some more close to her she shouted out gathering all her strength ..Maan..Maan. Geet's voice echoed in d jungle and many birds flew away flattering their wings with this sudden disturbance in their territory * Maan heard that and now he stopped d music and shouted her name ... Geet ...Geet. ... Maan ... Maan.

He stopped d car and took out d torch and told d driver to stop there but alert * he entered d jungle throwing d light shouting Geet1s name both were taking each other name impatiently with raising heartbeat * he was throwing light in every direction in dense darkness to get a sign of his life * both were catching d direction of sound in dark and moving forward * d crumbling of dry leaves indicating that they were very close now and Maan threw d light all around and next moments he got her image * he focused there and moved with swift steps and stopped ... Geet ,, his life was there and her condition broke him ... Geet * she ran towards him threw herself in his open arms for her ... Geet ... he hugged her trembling body tightly * she cried out moaning his name in breaking voice ... M a a n * After getting some breaths holding her safe in his arms he consoled her.

Maan: Geet ,,, mai aa gaya na ,, ab kuch nahi hone dunga mei * he showered kisses on her wet cheeks ,eyes ... bas Geet u r with me now don't cry , i'm here ,,, chalo .

He took her bag and cocooned her closed to him circling his arm around her shoulders * they came out from d jungle and moved lil back throwing d light * driver caught that and moved toward them * he stopped d car , came out and opened d door for them * Maan carefully settled her on d seat and sat close to her ordering driver to start d warmer * he did that and waited for d next order from Maan * Geet felt lil relief in warmth of Maan's arms and in d covered warm car her trembling body was cuddling to him and he was caressing her face ,head and back to assured her and himself that she is safe .

Maan thought for few seconds and then asked to d driver .

Maan: Ramesh , hum toll se kitni dur hei ?

Driver checked d distance and told him * Maan told him to turn d car and to move for their Resort project site which was hardly 5 km away from there near d K**** **** village * he decided to stay in project's rest house till morning coz Geet condition was bad and needed first aid and it took again 2-3 hrs to go back home * he called Mahi to inform about Geet and said that he was staying for few hrs in rest house due to fog then he called Dadima to inform her that he got his Geet and she is fine but very terrified .

Maan's phone was not stopping now , holding her close to him he was talking to YSK and Mahi for their further plan * YSK said that now he would handled d situation and suggested him to take care of Geet . They all wanted to talk to Geet but she was numb and just clinging to Maan hiding her face in his chest * after one hr they were in d rest house and Maan ordered d servant to bring warm water and first aid kit * he placed her in bed room and driver kept their bags there * servant brought water and kit and handed to Maan * Maan told him to bring hot milk with turmeric and he went * Maan cleaned Geet's hands and applied ointment on her bruises palms and hands * he looked at Geet who was just looking at him * she was not saying anything but her eyes were shedding tears non-stop * he checked her dress which needed a change coz her churidaar was torn from knees and stained with blood but he didn't have anything with him * he went out and brought his spare shirt from his car.

He removed Geet's shawl and sweater which was covered with dirt and blood marks * her shirt was also torn and stained * his heart was bleeding looking all this and wanted to tore those people who hurt his Geet this much * he swear that he won't live them * he cupped Geet face , wiped her wet cheeks with his thumbs and packed on her forehead .

Maan: Geet u need change to clean ur knees , plz change in to this shirt * he kept d shirt near and left from there and burn d woods in d fire place to warm d room * she changed and covered herself with d blanket * d thoughts and fleshes of d horrible incident still giving her shivering * Maan brought d hot milk and handed her to take .

Maan: Geet plzz esse pee lo , ye tumhe chot aur pain mei relief dega .

She didn't say anything and quietly started drinking d milk with small sips * d room became warm coz of fire * he removed d blanket from her legs and cleaned her knees which was wounded and covered with blood , applied med and bandaged them * after finishing d dressing he scooped her , settled her on d settee near fire and covered her with blanket * this place was more warmer then bed * he knew that she was in d bitter chilled weather in d jungle * Maan placed some more wood pieces on fire , removed his vest coat and shirt and sat near Geet having her in his embrace * she held him from his waist placing her face on her chest * tears rolled down from her eyes and wetted his vest * he felt d wetness and looked at her , cupped her face lovingly to make her look at him and nodded in a NO.

Maan: ro nahi Geet , ur tears r killing me , u r safe in my arms jaan , plz kuch bolo na , tum theek ho na ? she nodded in a yes in reply and Maan hugged her tightly to him ... Thanku Babaji .

After few min she spoke in a creaky voice ... M a a n ... hhmm .. thanku so much , u gave me a new life today , Maan they wanted to kill me, throwing in river ... G e e t ... Jaan ... He hid his face in d crook of neck n cried out ... Don't do this to me again Geet , u almost killed me today , i can't live without u , i'll die Geet . he sniffed and kissed on d curve of her neck .

Geet: Maan ...I Love You .

Maan became still to get her words ... come again Geet * Geet repeated ... I Love You Maan ,,, i love u .

Maan: Geet , Jaan say it again , say it again Jaan , I was dying to hear this .

Geet: I love u .

Overwhelmed with happiness and pleasure he showered series of feather kisses .
