First of all I'm going to assume Rudra's mum is Thakurainsa as there were dropped hints before hand plus they aren't showing Rudra's mum's face in the FBs so go along with it.đł
Looking back at the flashbacks it seemed Rudra's Mum loved Rudra a lot and he loved her loads. From episodes we also see Thakurain care deeply for Paro and this is someone elses daughter. If she can love someone elses daughter this much I doubt that she loves her own son any less.
I have a feeling that the Thakur AND Rudra's Chachi are the reason why Rudra's mother left him and his father. NOTE: this doesn't justify anything, but it could be a reason to ponder about.
1. Thakurian said before to the Thakur that if she didn't trust him she wouldn't have gone with him.
2. Rudra's massi in the flashback could have kept Rudra in the house and let the dad only leave. Rudra's only a kid then and she let him leave without trying to stop either of them like chacha!?!?! SOMETHING'S UP!
I think somehow Thakur convinced Rudra's mother to leave her child and husband. NOT blackmail obviously as she looks happy with the Thakur, HOWEVER I also think Rudra's Chachi encouraged her to leave too etcetc. Reason? Well as I said before she wasn't really eager to stop Rudra and his dad from leaving the house either PLUS she's given high emphasis on her two sons so far. I think Chachi's motivation was the property and to get her husband's big brother out of the way she encouraged her sister to leave house, so she can get the opportunity to rid of Rudra and his dad.
This obviously might not be exactly right or even totally misfiring!đ But I can tell you all now there's something fishy about that Chachi and she'll use Rudra's anger against him.
