WARNING: Not many may agree or like this perspective of mine and I'm sure I'll be bashed and thrashed for stating some obvious negatives. But like I said, it's a perspective. No rules on IF say I can't express myself as long as I know when to shut my mouth, as in use filthy language and I don't intend to. I love Sanaya.
Honestly, she's my favourite. She's perfect, she acts well, she pretty and she has amazing screen presence. But right now I just want to shake her character Parvati to sense! My GOD she's irritating!
I probably am not designed to see Paro hating a man she's supposed to love. I KNOW she should loath the man who killed her husband and she IS. I understand her helplessness. She's never seen world beyond her village, she's never met people beyond her vicinity, she's innocent or better say naive, but honestly she's a woman scorned. Does she need to be such a fidgety, shaking being all the time? I mean one moment she acts numb and the next she's all screaming and yelling. It is getting kind of hard to see. But I can't help it, the story seems quite promising and it actually IS quite interesting!

And for God's sake, when you are admitted to a hospital, they take off anything that comes in the way of treating the patient, like jewellery etc. Rudra gets a hospital uni but this girl has to rot in her shaadi ka joda! Stupid!

it is called PTSD.
it happens.

and yes, her hospital clothes 😆
parvati even had a dialogue that she's still in dulhan clothes after her husband died.
maybe she refused to change out of them.. we can blame PTSD for that too.
the precap seems to point in that direction.

I like her a lot too and I think I've made it clear. It's Paro I find irritating, I can't blame Sanaya for someone's bad character building :-/

Of course you can state your opinions.

Bold- Maybe therein lies the problem, you may have preset notions of how females in a love story should behave.

Red- The kind of stress, trauma the girl has seen, the mortal fear she is in it's unimaginable. In the story all this happened in the last 48 hours. Past 15 years she is living with nightmares regarding her parents death and in the last couple of days she has seen her husband's brain blown off, village abandoned her, losing her best friend, starved, confined to cell, surrounded by strange men, whom she has grown up fearing, yelling and threatening her. Don't think any girl would be calm considering the magnitude of trouble she is in. She is terrified, and under deep trauma and having ebb and flow of consciousness and her body is weak.

I think Sanaya is doing a fabulous job of such a difficult character and scenes.

Oh I'm convinced she is. Trust me.

Regarding Paro being a fidgety woman,, i think its because of the trauma n stress she is undergoing,, but honestly,, i think the makers r stretching it to eternity,,, sometimes i just cant handle this much rona dhona,, n i end up fast forwarding the scenes,, bcoz at the end of a day,, i want to unwind myself,, n it becomes difficult to bear such heavy baggage scenes,, but i am really hoping Paro to come out as a very strong woman who i can relate to..

Exactly my point. It's getting a little too much for my liking. It's getting frustrating!

I do appreciate your comment but I don't agree with you
I do not find her reponses, being it numb or yelling and fighting weird
I think it is justified in the story why she is acting like that
It took her time to accept the fact that her husband is dead
So she was quiet for a while
Then, after Rudra's repeated manhandling and all, she just couldn't keep quiet anymore. So now she has started to stand up.
But we have to remember that her fear for BSD is strongly instilled in her.
She is scared but slowly trying to stand up for herself
So, I am loving the characterisation of Paro a lot
Just my opinion
