I think Chanakya won't be able to stop Anusuya from dispatching the letter. When Anusuya would fail at her attempt on Puru's life and might appear to be out of her senses just after being stopped then he might join the dots of her strange behavior from the past day to her attempt to kill Puru and trace it to Olympias's foul play.

Dasyuraj is doubting on Alexander's promise that he would handover Anusuya to them after seeing the fate of Farsi soldiers to which Dasyurani had no reply. What is going on in her mind.

What is up with their dialogues now? Alexander says Persia and Roxanne says Alexander!! 😆
