Puru & Alexander : character development

Puru & Alexander both r leads of d show but sadly 2 say as character there is no development in Puru's character, initially I enjoyed his scenes but not Puru's scenes bore me 2 d core coz he is 2 predictable character, I really ques this is king poras in front of whom Alexander will bend as it was told in first episode in voiceover of Jhelum.

Already many people are getting furious because of Puru's characterization

It was a trap set by Alex & Puru got stuck in it & I really hoping 4 failure of Puru so that he can return 2 bharat

Well I am watching this show as a fantasy drama which has zero connection to history😆

Jokes apart,I really don't think that people are looking for history in a daily soap.They are smart enough to understand that it's not real history.

So from that perspective I am enjoying the show coz it's getting entertaining now😆Sony Puru is a daredevil hero jo galtiyan karta hai😆I enjoy him as he is.The same goes for Sony Alex.

Real King Porus kya thay,kaise thay woh history main hai and it cannot be changed.Same goes for the real Alexander.

No matter how much this show glorifies or degrades either of them they are not gonna be affected😛

Imagine a convo between the real Alexander and the real Porus in heaven while they watch this show -

Alexander : Porus aapne kabhi bataya nahi ki aap Persia aaye thay aur hamara aise aamna saamna hua tha?

Porus : Aapne bhi toh kabhi nahi bataya ki aap itne khatarnaak aur kroor thay?

Alexander : Aap bhi kya iss serial ki baaton main aagaye?? (makes a sullen face)

Porus : Aap toh bura maan gaye!! Arre woh sab chodiye.Zara dekhiye aapke kirdaar keliye kitne sundar aur gunvaan kalakaar

ko dhoonda hai inn logon ne

Alexander : Aapka waala bhi dikhne main kaafi accha hai aur kirdaar bhi bakhoobi nibha raha hai.

Bas aapki height thodi kam hogayi hai

Porus : Height kya?? Meri umar bhi kam hogayi hai

Then both laugh over heavenly wine and enjoy Swastik's Porus 😎

There is always a huge difference between a defender and an attacker. The same difference lies between puru and alexander. Jaha alexander har cheej ke liye talwar utha leta hain...wahi puru apna kaam aur apna sandhesh apne labzon se hi pahucha deta hain. One of them believes in uniting and the other believes in killing. The difference is that puru has a heart to forgive hasti, and even shivdutt for what they did to him but alex couldnt give maafi to his own father for not giving throne to him and planned his murder.

Uniting something which will get divided itself when alex approaches & without alex having a hand in dividing.

One more thing i will like to say even if it feels so heroic that real alexander had won the world...he was really a ruthless person...thanks to this show...i have now read quiet a bit about him...and khair obvious it was as to win the world...he had to kill millions of innocent people...and only a emotionless and rurhless person can do that... He is not being shown bad here...he was like that...the tag line "sir katenge ya sir jhukenge...sikandar ke iraade nahi rukenge" justifies real alexander too. I never got what is the need to extend the kingdom...to win over the world in first place...to have your name is history ??? ..i can understand defending your kingdom though. Even real porus lived happily in his own kingdom and fought with those who attacked him and his kingdom...he is remembered for his defending in history while alex is rembered for attacking. These two can never be compared. And this whole kingdom attacking and ruling is something that has been eliminated from the world ...and defenfing is still a part in form of army in all countries shows how wrong it was in the first place to attack people and kill them mercilessly if they dint bowed down.

Alex dont repeat his mistakes , learn from them , he mistake by believing Phillip , puru has a habit 2 not 2 learn from his mistakes coz he love drama which he will get in drama rastra matlab paurav rashtra.

Alexander first eliminated internal enemies then proceeded 4 external which an sensible & intelligent king will do, here puru dont know only what is going at his back forget eliminating

Alexander has not anything which was not done before him or after him , everything is fair in politics

Puru is not aware of p of politics ,

i am not just talking about uniting pourav rashtra and takshilla...woh apne parivar ko bhi united rakhne mein vishwas rakhne laga hain ab. Character growth as we are talking to a stubborn kid who was angry with his father for ignorance to a responsible one understanding the situations in which his father did all that. And history mein toh i dont think takshilla and pourav rashtra was ever united ki alex ne tod doya bond...yaha i will comment when they air that how the two places will be separated and ambiraj will side alex. And internal enemies...like seriously ????...kisi ne kya kiya tha alex ke saath unmein se jinhe usne maara...us bache ne kya kiya tha...un families ka kya dosh tha...he killed them just because of his love for throne. Selfishness that is to kill innocent people in name of politics. I am proud of puru that kanishk, shivdut and everyone is alive...and dekhna a day will come in this show only when these characters will realize their mistakes. Giving chances to people is not foolishness for me but ya killing innocent people just to make sure that nobody can make a claim for throne is selfishness.
