September 15th Update

Pratik has been brought home and put on his bed. The whole family
are in the room, they are all frantically fussing over Pratiks
needs. Rakesh and Avinash keep saying ''does my brother need
anything''. Babuji keeps saying ''is there anything my son needs''.
Everyones fussing and talking over each other while they ask Pratik
if he needs any food or juice. Pratik is just lying there looking
away. Then he asks them where Iravati is. Yashoda comes in and tells
them that Iravati is too sad to come and see her son in this
condition. Rimjhim appears to be the only one realising that theres
too much fuss going on in the room. So she tells everyone that
Pratik looks tried and needs rest and time on his own. She tells
everyone to leave him in peace, everyone reluctantly leaves as
Rimjhim pushes them out and then leaves herself.

The whole family are in the main room and Maharaj comes round with
tea but no one takes any to drink. Rimjhim says that everyone needs
to wipe away their tears. Malini starts saying ''Rimjhim, what are
you saying?! we have all been through so much'' etc. Rimjhim rolls
her eyes and gently says 'I KNOW'. Rimjhim goes on to explain that
all this fuss and sadness and depression infront of Pratik is making
him more sad! Rimjhim says that they should calm down and smile and
be happy infront of Pratik. Rakesh says that its easy to say and
hard to do. Rimjhim tells Babuji that its the only way to make
Pratik feel like he has some hope to battle his condition.

Pratik is lying there in the dark, hes looking very depressed. Hes
feeling thirsty and the glass of water is right there but he cant
pick it up because hes paralysed, he calls for Kaveri but shes not
there, so he tries to reach for it with his lips. Kaveri comes and
sees him straining. Pratik puts his head back on the pillow and he
has sweat on his face. Kaveri comes rushing in and feeds him the
water. She wipes his face of any spilt water. Then he says he wants
to ask her something and he makes her promise to not refuse, she
smiles and says she'l do anything. He asks her to release him, to
release him of this life. He asks her to kill him because he cant
live like this, helpless and destitute. Shes shocked and refuses to
do that and says that she promises that she will get him cured and
she promises she will die before him. Then she cries and puts her
head on his chest. Hes sad but then suddenly says that he was
joking. She says ''dont make them kind of jokes''. Pratik says hes
hungry and can he have his dinner. She goes to get it but turns
around to ask him if he was infact joking. He smiles and says it was
a joke. She leaves and he lies there looking more upset.

Durga tells Malini that he tried to track down Prems fake parents
and Prems friends Chotu but they are no where to be found. Durga
says that he thinks Rimjhim and Prem are upto something and its
serious. Malini is upset. Durga says that he tried his best to find
Prems fake family. Malini tells him that she wants Prems whearabouts
found out! Durga says that he'l try his best to find out again,
Durga says that theres one problem. Durga says ''i live in someone
elses house and so i take orders from Babuji, thus i dont even have
the means to do many things..i need some..''. Malini rolls her eyes
and tells him that he'l get as much money as he desires.

Kaveri has fallen aslept whilst sitting down next to Pratiks bed.
Pratiks sleeping too. Iravati comes into their room in the dark and
goes to see Pratik lying there. Kaveri wakes up. Iravati looks at
Pratik and puts her hand over his body. Iravati and Kaveri cry
together.

Babuji is sitting sadly by himself when Rimjhim comes over and asks
him whats up. He tells her that her suggestion earlier today of
creating a happy atmosphere has woken up some hope in his heart.
Babuji says that however..he still feels his turmoil inside of him.
Rimjhim asks him why hes become so weak about every matter. Babuji
says theres nothing else to do. Rimjhim tells him to be inspired by
poetry, the very poetry that he wrote. Rimjhim says that she is
still inspired by it. Babuji tells her that real life n poetry dont
mix. Rimjhim reads him one of his poems and he looks at her with a
ray of hope. She then tells him that tomorrow they must create a
happy atmosphere around Pratik.
