27th Feb WU - Thakur stops Arjun, Phulwa's chores

Episode begins with Thakur setting his ultimatum. Phulwa hands over the money and Thakur returns her the mangalsutra. When she turns to look at Arjun, he looks away before angrily storming off with his laptop. She falls crying, admitting defeat. Continues crying as Thakurayn holds her. Gauri goes off to talk to Arjun who's packing up and leaving the room. He tells her he doesn't want to hear anything and he's waited enough. Gauri tries to explain and Abhay asks her for Phulwa. Arjun tells him she couldn't gather all the money and whatever she had was snatched by Thakur under the pretence of selling her mangalsutra. Abhay starts to struggle in helplessness as Phulwa appears at the door and tells her he can't see her suffer like that. Phulwa tells him to rest instead. As Arjun attempts to walk off again (lol he isn't gonna be leaving this room anytime soon at the least) dadi appears at the door and asks for more time, for the sake of humanity and her helplessness. His anger appears to soften but he says that his policy requires money first and then treatment. Apologising to Abhay, he walks out of the room.

As he's about to leave the haveli, he gets stopped by the Thakur. Thakur says they're both similar in that they both consider money their topmost priority and starts to laugh. Arjun, in an annoyed tone, tells him off saying "I've seen that side of you before. (LOL Sharbati clutches her stomach again!!XD) Sad thing is during times of need money is really of the essence. Hence I prioritise it over people. And one more thing, there is a difference in being an idealist and a terrorist." As he attempts to walk off, Thakur stops him saying that Sharbati's been suffering from a stomachache since morning (OMG lolll seems like our silly musings in the AT might come true!!) and asks him to treat her. Taking out the wad of cash from his pocket, he tells him not to worry about money, as Arjun glares at him. Sharbati winces in pain and Arjun takes her aside to check her. Thakur gestures to buaji if Kulbushan has been sent over, and muses "Aab dekhenge Phulwarani."

In Abhay's room, Phulwa wonders what they can do. Abhay says to leave it to fate instead. Kulbushan walks in, getting thrashed by dadi for mocking Abhay lol. He tells them Thakur has shown his greatness towards Phulwa by stopping Arjun from leaving.

Arjun prescribes Sharbati medicines and hands Arjun a wad of cash as his fees. Arjun angrily throws it aside. Kul comes down with Phulwa. As he gets up to leave, Thakur tells him he has 2 hours left and wants to give Phulwa a chance. For him, 2hours for 40lakhs isn't a big deal. Furthermore, if he doesn't get his money in 2 hours, he can change his statement. Arjun just stands there with an annoyed expression with a hint of pain. He turns around to look at Phulwa who looks at him with hope. He looks up for a second and then without a word, walks back into the haveli and up the stairs. As Phulwa starts to tear with happiness, Thakur reminds her she only has 2 hours left. He tells her to thank her jethani for a random burst of love towards her. Phulwa folds her hands in gratitude and says she will do whatever they tell her to. Sharbati tells her she's invited 20 people for a kitty party. Buajee, Kul and Sharbati together tell her she will have to arrange everything, from the food to the cleaning up.

Precap: Thakur tells her nobody else but her can do it. Once she completes it, the money and doctor will both be hers. From above, Arjun watches with a rather tortured expression.

Today was an annoying heck of a drag. Absolutely nothing happened other than the guy being stopped at least 10 times from leaving. I suppose the only thing to look at would be his change of expressions - unlike his cool attitude he's been carrying around he really cannot stand the Thakur and of course Phulwa's sad face touches him a little.

I'm hoping that Surje walks in before she has to get started and hands over the money. But since there's 2 hours left, they're obviously going to use that to torture her. Sigh.
