While the whole world called her names and doubted her intentions there was one man who's faith in her did not waver even for a second- Abhay. Abhays faith in Phulwa, his belief that if she sets out to do something she will accomplish that mission is moving. He knows her and knows that whatever she does, she does it with heart and never gives up midway. His faith in her did not dither even when the doctor commented on how getting Dr. Arjun was next to impossible. He doesn't know Dr. Arjun but he knows Phulwa and he knows she will get him by hook or by crook. And she did.
The calmness about Abhay was the proof of his unwavering faith in her. Even when she entered with Dr. Arjun in her tow he did not react much because he just knew that she would be showing up any minute with him. So it did not surprise him much, instead he calmly tried to make her see the situation and understand the pros and cons of it. He knew well enough that she can bring the doctor here but not make him carry out his treatment. She stubbornly refused to see reason even then he did not lose his cool but tried his best to pacify her and make the situation work out. And in all this his belief in her stood out. No matter what she did he knows her intentions are never wrong, he trusts her to do the right thing always. His faith in her is touching and scary. Abhay doesn't trust easily but when he does he does it with his whole heart. I hope she never lets him down.
As his faith in her never lessons her love for him grows every day. It's all in the name of love she says and so we see. A person watching them who doesn't know their story would call her crazy. Yes she is, crazy enough to kidnap a doctor, but that's her love for him. She loves him enough to kill for him or get killed. She loves him so much that when he gets hurt she feels the pain. She loves him to the point that it consumes her; she fails to see beyond it. Right, wrong, laws and rules stand no place because for her Abhay and his life is all that matters. That's her love. The kind of love that comes once in a lifetime but when it does you know it's a keeper.
They did not talk much today or shared any romantic moments as such but the simple act of gently running her hand on his face was reassuring enough. Even their simplest of scenes brings a smile on my face as the purity of their love tugs at the heart.
Today Phulwa was the hero of the show for me. Her determination, her love, her belief, the intensity of her action and words was moving. She loves him beyond understanding and its...quite touching.
And now the new mystery man of the show- Dr. Arjun. Why mystery man? Because clearly he is hiding something. A painful past we all know that but what exactly? A girl who betrayed him? A broken relation that still pinches? Death of a closed one? What is it that the mention of something close to it still hurts him and more than that what that made him so bitter?
The minute Phulwa asked that has he ever loved someone to the extent that their pain becomes yours, his expressions changed. His features softened and the pain was clearly etched on his face. Her words brought back a painful memory perhaps that he did not wish to relive. Whatever happened in the past I guess that is responsible for his current attitude. I mean being angry on getting kidnapped is understandable but the way he kept mentioning the award and at the end when he talked about money it showed him having a very materialistic view about things. Well it's quite natural to ask for money and all but still the way he said was quite offending I would say. Is it possible that something happened in the past that made him value money more than necessary? Something that propelled him to place awards and other worldly things before relations and all?
These are just the questions revolving in mind, would love to know your opinions on it. Please do share.
One more thing that I felt and needs to be mentioned here; the instant connection formed between Abhay and Arjun. Perhaps it's just me but the minute Arjun stepped into the room and their eyes met I felt something transpire there. I don't know but it felt as if Arjuns eyes held a note of familiarity upon seeing him. I may be completely wrong but the way he kept looking at Abhay even when later Abhay said sorry to him I felt there was a connection between them.
I guess I'm too used to over analyzing things and doing just that but oh well. Do share what you guys think. :))
PS. Is it me or Abhay manages to look hot even in that dreary hospital gown? The stubble really suits him. 😍
