Okay,this is after Vikram heard from Champa (about the letter) that it was Reva who wanted him dead,NOT Adi nor Sugni.

So,he tried calling Bums to stop him from shooting Adi.

Unfortunately he couldn't get through,so he drove recklessly to meet Bums before he could execute the planned assasination.

He drove over a rock on the road and swerved off of it,then he fell out of the jeep.

A little while later,he was imagining Sugni!

The he got up with a foot injury, and walked to the nearest temple.

This is towards the beginning of the show. DV and his friends were going to haress a young Bedni girl by forcing her to remain on the boat with just them. To save the girl Sugni says can she go on the boat with them but only if they girl is not on it. Once they are underway, Dv starts to get close to Sugni and she hits Dv with a peddle and then jumps in the river and shakes the boat the boys fall overboard. Then Sugni swam away to safety.
