Wow dhana i love this scene

You know when this scene ws aired i had no idea he was going to say i love you to sugni

He was so bold that he said it in front of gulabiya

I just love it

Thnx for sharing it

Oh this reminds me how much i miss them

TVS after receiving a note from Sugni saying she is leaving the village chases after her and stops every bus until he finds her.

Sugni says why and he gets annoyed and says because he has lost his mind, she never understands anything but he is a bigger fool than her because he cannot let her leave because has begun to fall in love with her.

He then says one of those character defining dialogues - I am not God but a human being with my faults, my selfishness, my weaknesses but I love you very much.

He also shows her that he considers/respects her as an equal by forcing her to wear her champles.

yes, i like the way...he conffsed his love... Outstanding!!!! It was a perfct scene...
Loved it sooo muchhh...and that funny statemnt by Sugni..."filmo me dekha hai...hero, heroine se ase hi khta hai..." it was so cute and innocent...

IMHO he taught her everything from - being respected as a human being, to being treated as an equal, to be protected from everyone and everything, to being loved and charished, to being humble.

He said if she could not rise to his level he had no problem to lowering himself to her level and boy did she make him lower himself over and over again That is the one thing I never understood - how do you humiliate someone who showed you respect when everyone else was treating you as a commodity / worse than an animal.

Well she was angry at him for hiding reva truth from her , her one problem was that she never gave him a chance to say his word , she rushed all her decisions n married adi but yes when she asked him to leave she said to him oh dont tell me 1 st u fall in love then wife came from death, at that point he couldnt help it n said to her i helped you, i gave u respect saved you from all and all was my mistake then he left n sugni stand seeing him leaving n then said oh mas i lost my life ext

Yes initially she was devastated and hurt and angry. But nothing justifies her dishing out months of humiliation, ingraciating herself into his family so he was ostrachised from his own family and then finally marrying his nephew an starting her new life in his home in his face and asking him to give his blessing be happy for her.
