I know we'll be reprimanded for talking about other shows, but I, a non-watcher, read or heard somewhere that the twist will be that only one is actually going to be his child.

Don't ask me how, what, when or why. 😆

The reason I joined this site was because of the sugni Vikram Jodi. I loved their chemistry together! I hated how the cvs gave us so much hope with this couple, only to destroy it. I wish the show had not given us the Sugvi Jodi and just gave us adini from the start. At least that way our hopes weren't raised and we didn't get emotionally invested in a couple that now probably have no chance of being together. Unless these last 60 episodes have all been a dream and didnt happen 😆

Thank you for the synopsis Anastasia.
This girl has the gall to lecture a man older than her about Pavitra Rishta?

@boogle
I keep hoping this is someone's nightmare and that they will wake up andwe will get back to something representing "normal" for these characters.
I just cannot reconcile in my own mind who the makers of this show and channel think would want to watch such a depressing, sick show where every new action sinks the show even lower in the gutter it has fallen into.

How are Muslims supposed to look? Your comment sounds highly ignorant to say the least.

Like KSG, when I see him I remember his image in DMG like that. I would have preferred a new face(my pov). Personally,I would have liked it if they showed them celebrating Muharram and other occasions of Muslims. I haven't seen that episode so I am not sure about that. In PR, they showed Arvi going to a cottage and next Purvi is pregnant with Arjun's child. It might be the case with PSH as well. Sorry if you got offended.

I suggest you both go back and read your comments. They reek of stereotyping Muslims - as if they fit a particular image. I am guessing you are very young and have not lived in the world but let me say this, there are 1 billion people who profess to be Muslim. They do not look alike, they do not behave the same way. Some do not even practice the same way. Some of different values, ideas etc. They do not dress the same either.

Exactly WHAT would make this family appear Muslim to both of you?

I know there are billions of Muslim in this world. I have Egyptian Aunt, cousins, etc. Their lifestyle is way different from us Bangladeshis. I have lived in Pakistan for a year. Their ways are quite different from us. I personally like to see how they celebrate different occasions that way I can judge better .The show has just begun so lets see how they depict it.

The celebration of different occasions is not enough to say they are not Muslim. One of you mentioned they did not acknowledge Muharram. The recognition of this occasion is predominate among the Shia faith. Some Sunni acknowledge the two day fast towards the end. Yes, I agree with you, they could have mentioned it, but that does not take from the fact these characters are not Muslim enough. What do you want - pardah, hijaabs? When Ramazan comes and they do not acknowledge it, then we can really say they are ignorant. Otherwise, the Muslim tradition does not have that many celebrations as there are in the Hindu faith.

I give credit to the writers who are trying to show that Muslim families which is so important considering the negative coverage so many have endured both India and the rest of the world. Since this topic has digressed, I apologize to the members of this forum and the Ash_Aarti, the moderator.

Laila...based on the strictly...who is to define what is Muslim culture? Muslim attire?...based on Saudi Arabia...India? Iran?..Afghanistan..Egypt...based on what facts...
One has to agree here..with factual data..that Different regions..countries..and cultural backgrounds...defines..Muslim..differently...practices are also very different...So..
heart of the problem is...
WHAT/what DEFINES...MUSLIM..AND IN...WHAT CULTURAL..CONTEXT...what and how Qur'an is practices..depends on the different cultures...and politics... for example..the 100% hizaab..in EGYPT..isn't the norm in India..or even other places...?
The issue with Qubool hai..is the show is India based..so what goes in India..with the Muslim culture/religion...needs to be emphasized..and clearly shown in its entirety...

My issue is with the lack of rich,,flavorful...mannerly...Urdu language..not given a fair chance in the show..

Yes..indeed..HATS OFF to the writers..for taking this giant step...and informing and coming up with a show...going away from the norms...and taking a daring step...now...a goal for them should also being informative...and entertaining..based on facts..and not go after the TRP...@ the cost of their visionary...illusionist..picture..regarding this show..
