Hi Varun
I finally caught up with episodes for W/C 5 Nov.
I have to say - you acting throughout the week was phenomenal/amazing. đ¤
I agree that the control TVS has over himself and his emotions is amazing - a little scary but amazing. From screaming/shooting in air to let out his pain and anguish to completely rational arguments in a calm controlled manner (I presume he had thought of those when he thought he would have to convince MA about his and Sugni's relationship) in a space of an hour or so shows real control.
That why it is hard to believe that TVS who has absolute, all most blind faith in his love for Sugni and her feelings for him suddenly believes Reva and doubts Sugni's feeling and accuses her of trying to murder him. I accept he may have doubts because of the way she has been behaving about her feelings, but murder? And actually accuse her? I accept he has been traumatised but even so unless all those knocks on his head has finally affected his mental capacity,𤣠it's not believable.
Equally TVS who has maintained from day 1 that he loves Sugni the person and not Sugni the Bedni and no matter what she has thrown at him in the last couple of months has never said anything about her Bedni background, in fact when she was accusing him of being like any other Thakur he pointed out that he has never cast aspersions on her background is insulting her by referring back to her being a Bedni? Again out of character and not believable.
The previous week we had regression in terms of Adi and Sugni views. Then all of a sudden last week we have fast forward to Adi-Sugni jodi and TVS turning negative. Why is the rush? So that we get the typical Sas-Bahu and revenge scenarios?
I understand people change, their views change as they go through life experiences but a person who is not violent and does not condone crude and vulgar behavior does not resort to those things when they are lashing out.
Friday's episode (9/11) was really uncomfortable to watch/chilling.
Please tell me that the physical violence, the crude and vulgar language is an aberration and is not going to be the norm.
I understand he is devastated, feeling humiliated and in a rage but he can use words to cut to the core (as he has done in the past). He does not need to use such cheap and nasty tactics.
If the violence, crude and vulgar behavior continues viewers who are holding on by a thread are going to be lost and I cannot see how someone who has sunk that low will ever command any respect to play a meaningful role in any future storylines.
