Nail Biting Episode - Page 2

Thanks guys for the compliments...I am so into this show because it is not the typical saas-bahu...The characters are all so THREE-dimensional...no-one is perfect - each has a flaw and that makes them SO interesting. We have no black and while characters and while the show is based on a secret...it is done so well. Goodness, this show is so fast paced and the writing them actually spends time writing scenes that moves the story forward.

BTW, earlier today I was planning to open a thread titled "Heart wrenching performance of Gulabiya" but couldn't get to it And here I see someone with "similar" thought process and much better vocabulary! Hats off to you too!! 👏

This serial has now become like an addiction that we can't do without every single day because of the way entire creative team is working so hard to make it into what we see on the screen, sitting on the edge of our seat, and me not even aware that my back is NOT even resting against the chair! Talk about lost in space, lost in Vikram/Gulabiya/Sugni world !🤔

Of course, there are suspenseful elements like showing the wife in the BG while G/Sug have their backs against her and Vikram holding his breath in anguish, and ending the epi with camera focused on all the 3 shocked faces, leaving viewers even more restless and anxious for the next one ! 😲

I was particularly impressed and in awe when Gulabiya screamed at Vikram, nostrils flaring, hands swinging ~ Jo insaan saat phere ka vachan nahi nibha sakta, woh saat janmo ka vachan kya nibhaayega! Wow wow wow! And Vikram couldn't even convince her properly when he said ~~ fate was not in his favor, only giving chance to G to retort back that ~ iss tarah ki gol gol baaton se sachhai nahi badal jaati, thakur maalik!

Yes, my sentiments exactly about tomorrow. It's going to be even more heartbreaking and a rude awakening when all eyes are towards an EMPTY room and Riwa nowhere in sight. I dont even want to imagine what kind of mixed expressions and pierced looks Sugni is going to portray, knowing the way she was getting pulled from both sides today, put so precariously in the middle of having to choose between the two people she loves the most.

I believe Gulabiya's fear is just one-dimensional. She can't see Sugni getting hurt, disillusioned and heartbroken, and the extent and the lengths to which G has gone to protect her from that happening, is mindblowing, mind-boggling.

Loved your post...the whole scene between TVS/VB and G/NS was incredible...it was so well written, blunt, to the point and delievered so realistically. Spot on to the actors for their raw emotion, high intensity and delievery. I too noted all the senes you pointed out...

Wow that was awesome episodes! Amazing acting by Narayani Shastri who just wanted to protect her child .👏 Vikram in the other had is in such a situation he feel like he is about to loose everything he loves and care about.

Truly amazing acting today by Narayani as the hysterical mother. And Varun was excellent in showing the vulnerable side of Vikram. These guys should get such scenes together, they are so good. Gulki was a little understated today in front of these two but did a nice job with her confusion. I wouldn't want to be in Sugni's shoes today, who wants to choose between such a great mother and such an amazing lover? The pace of the epi was good enough, but I guess Reva won't be found, and tomorrow will bring a clash between Sugni and Gulabiya.

Indeed it was a nail biting episode with all the 3 characters TVS G and Sugni all thiinking they are right and well handled by the director.All are right and wrong in their own way TVS wrong by lying and hiding the truth but right as he is afraid of loosing Sugni. G right she wants to protect her daughter but wrong in screaming and mishandling the situation but she is fustrated as she is unable to show Sugni the truth, Sugni wrong in mistrusting her mother but right she wants her love TVS and unable to see and feel the undercurrents. So we do have Indian Jane Eyre set in MP and Bedni custom so far😉

WOW...my hats of to the writers, director and of course the amazing performances of Varun Badola, Gulki Joshi but MOST of all Narayani Shastri. What a delight it is to see more scenes between VB and NS - those two are powerhouses of acting exploding on the screen. Naryani's protrayal of a mother desperate to protect her daughter was heart wrenching. Her begging, pleading and frustration were so beautifully conveyed. VB as the man who fears losing everything he loves so dear that he has to live a lie, who begs the mother of his wife to believe him that he does indeed love her daughter and was not a scroundral of a husband is so perfectly done. So good, that you simply don't want Sugni to find out the truth because you know he loves her dearly. However, at the same time you cannot help but feel sad for the pain he causes Gulabiya.

And finally, poor Sugni, touchingly protrayed by Gulki, is so caught between her mother whom she adores and places on a pedestal and the man she loves and respects. You cannot help but feel those strings pulled both ways only for one of those strings to break - along with her heart - when she finds out the truth.

Just an amazing episode that kept at the edge of your seat...looking forward to tomorrow where Gulabiya explodes on TVS...just so sad...just so sad. So is Gulabiya thinking that since he can't be faithful to the mentally ill wife he cannot be faithful to Sugni? I would have thought her fear was that he would keep her as his second wife...

LOVE this show...so glad to watch a show that is NOT a saas-bahu drama. Please writers..producers...give us shows with experienced actors in the main leads and not these newly found actors who take up screen time learning to act - Phir Subah Hogi tells you what a difference it makes😊

But i still can't understand Gulabiyan's attitude where was the tigress in her when her daughter was performing Rai and had the Thakur's son pawing her, why was she then sitting behind a pillar crying instead of rescuing her daughter, it took a TVS to rescue Sugni then and now when TVS is pleading with her she is hellbent on breaking it up atleast give the guy a chance to explain it to her daughter in his time. At the end of the day it is her daughters happiness that is most important and that lies in TVS which she so clearly explained to her mother yesterday.

What if the Reva story is heartwrenching and Sugni has only pride and respect for TVS what will Gulabiyan do then? Would she regret not giving TVS a chance to tell the truth to her first especially knowing he is the love of her daughter.

Kudos to TVS the patience he has shown tolerating an overprotective mother who is always insulting him and an insane wife who likes to have her way. any normal human would have buckled under the pressure.

Hey guys why don't each of us put up our suggestions how TVS should bring out the truth to Sugni...

I feel he should take Sugni away to a lonely place and explain the whole story to her and plead for her forgiveness and then let Sugni decide for herself. Sugni while deciding should remember what Amrita had told her and her mother's past experiences with the Thakur and most of all the respect that TVS has held for her all along.

Several people have pointed that out - she was so weak when other men attacked her daughter but not TVS...the reason? TVS IS a good human being; she fails safer to attack him because she is his biggest opponent. If he hurts her, he looses his pride. Gulabiya has an edge over him. So yes, she is free to be an explosive mother. Gulabiya has lost sight of reality because of her own fears. She has always thought ill of TVS and I hope the writers give us a reason for her fears...perhaps TJS promised her such...perhaps he was not married at the time or he promised to leave his wife. That would make the most sense...
