Saroj giving this order to the villagers only invited problems for herself compeling Gulabiyaa to once again look behind.Saroj only brings Gulabiyaa towards Jwala.

re the grocer...he is selling her stuff like on the black market...as in if she comes to his shop front he will still refuse her...

if you noticed, gulabiya goes to a godown sort of place...probably he is taking more money too...

-They showed Gulabiyaa went to buy some few groceries but the man refused to sell it though Gulabiyaa got the money at that time.

How come Jwala gave money to Gulabiyaa and she bought the food for her family when no one was willing to sell anything to Sugni family.

Vikram also tried to help Sugni with money firstly then it was shown he sent food for them.
