I believe Nissar's look was more like "why is Abeer trying to trouble Meher" kind of similar to what he did in the his (Nissar's) show launch party where Abeer Made Meher danced with him. I don't think he has anything to do with thr divorce.
Probably because Rati was thr who has this convoluted thinking Nissar looking at Meher-Abeer dance seemed strange. 🤔
