I wanna make a confession...

I'm not used to watch star plus or any other serials besides sadda haq...
As I thought SP ma toh same stereotypes programs ate ha
But BD changed my prospective ... this is indeed refreshing story and somehow connective to real life.
In most of the serials (which my mom use to watch ) they show typical Sanskari bahu types... unrealistic degradation of women empowerment but life is not always a bed of roses
For that I could connect this serial story to that which I'm loving to the most

But unfortunately, all the TRP aunties only like shows where female lead is shown as helpless types wearing her Sarees and Mangalsutra...I have noticed shows in which female leads don't wear traditional Indian clothes usually don't have TRPs

I was so shocked to see TRPs of this show. I thought it would be topping those melodramatic Saas Bahu shows but was so disappointed!

Thank you! I'm obsessed with MehBeer! Love them tooo much. It's so cool that we get to see a hate-love story but romantic scenes (flashbacks) at the same time

Indian mass audience always want typical bahus all in sarees and heavy jewellery with heavy make up lol.. In todays India no gals stay regularly at home wit such outlook ..hehhe...so unrealistic and makes us feel ke we are living in stone age..*lol*

But BD is very close to reality! They arents howing any immatured bf and gf story rather they are showing us husband and wife story ..haan ex hi sahi ! Also the way meher is portrayed..ceo! Today indian women are more into employment and I love the way they shown the women empowerment :D N abeer too...though he is rich and has family business to handle..he is still independent and is doing wat he loves and he is best at it!

But our typical serials..omgg not just women are helpless also men follow their daddy's business..padhai karni ki zaroorat kya hai yaar..12th complete Karoo n join business..nonsense! *lol*

😳U r ryt dear..after such a long tym I m loving any show...ipkknd was the Last show dat I followed religiously..lol and now BD.The reason for sathiya and sasural simar ka being Trp leader is their horrifying background music (tana dhoom tana dheem..dheem tana na na na..) 🤣 and jaadu tona, daayan ,chudail,double role and wat not ..i cant relate wid this bullshit stories...and most of these shows r watched by housewives and aunties who r the main contributors in trps..while youth shows like BD r mostly watched by ppl online who donot not contribute in trps 🥺
