I agree!! well, we all are humans and all are going to die one day! so i dont think her not having mom has to do anything with her upbringing! Look at Hitty, Mummy hai fir bhi kaisa hai😆

I think he likes her cause she is punjabi, you see that from Pooja's mom as well she like Raj as well. I think in arranged marriages, parents tend to prefer similar backrounds.

i have nowhere said that someone who doesnt have a mum has poor upbringing. Now that is jumping to conclusions. Like i said before i have used words like probably thinks which means its a tentative thing... I havent questioned her upbringing. And like you find no reasons to question pri's upbringing, to which i agree too... I dont think its right to say that gurpreet or vrinda have shown more insolence

okay...got ur point now.....i guess what u were trying to say is that her cultural background differs from them, and that's what they are apprehensive about...and yes i agree to this....her non-punjabiness..lol...is kind of at the back of their minds i feel, especially raj's dad, i think the word upbringing is what created the confusion in my mind.....
regarding gur and vrinda, i only meant to say that they don't have a correct way of putting their point across in front of their elders, their way is a little rude and insolent....and that's where good upbringing comes in the picture, same goes for hitesh, he never answers to anyone, even the judges coolly and calmly...always with an attitude .......so i said that.....

I think raj's dad has seen pooja and her mom interested in raj, but he was only focussed on pri, so his dad wants his son to c her also, and i m sure pooja's 1st choice was raj, its the same thing raj's dad thought too, it was a mistake on his son's side not to atleast give it a try, plus he just reacted like any father does, it is india, where decisions of parents and relatives consent matters, and since he had given a clue before that he does not like pri much, he got angry his son and wife didnt understand..

but the topic starter has made a very cheap comment, please avoid such statements that give vulgar meanings, atleast consider his age, and also i dont think whatever we hav seen him on tv stated anything like that ...

it is all about Man holding an authority. they were in a room but he din't realise that it's being watched by millions. it happens. he was concerned about his son and that tone was more about argument and discussion rather than shouting on each other. I found his behaviour OK and I don't think it should be taken as cheap. Priyanka is brahmin and Raj is punjabi if I'm nt mistaken. they maybe issues that families don't want to discuss on camera. It will be better if Raj's dad come infront of audience and say the real matter just like Yash's mom did.
