I dont find her accent to be rude, she is quite soft spoken and sweet, only thing is that all you intelligent peoplecan read her mind which is not so sweet.

THINK! If Chalako Massi is giving advice, even than she does not sound like that. There is cunningness all over her face and everybody can read that . ditto for hitty.

Don't say anything against Chandigarhians, I have some of my best friends (both girls & boys) from that city and all of them are down to earth people. The whole lot from Chd is misrepresenting.

Punjabis may sound anything but they are open minded helpful people.

What do you say!

No Offense to u or ur frnds Diya. As I said I was raised in Chandigarh too. What I meant to say abt the accent was that, If u r not very familiar with it, u tend to feel that its rude. I am saying this bcoz, I am basically from Hyd, but I have been in Chandigarh, Gurgaon, delhi and arnd the area since 2 yrs of age.

After coming to US, i have had classmates who r from Punjab,Haryana as well as from southern India. And there have been these misunderstandings between the two grps, bcoz one finds the others accent diff. So I was just telling that they are not bad, its just the load accent thats misleading.

Sweethrt go through the whole post cool headedly, I was actually supporting the chd ppl, and not saying anything bad abt them.

Well Nandita was never the one who brought up the whole ur intellect is better than mine issue it was Gaurav. Aleast Nandita has an education to be proud of and to compare her with Hitti's mom would be an insult to her education!
I think everyone on this forum and watching this show hate Hitti's mom and know how she is ..so I admire the fact that she has the courage to speak out...I respect tht she is not willing to make compromises on her education for a guy since a guy would never do that and I guess im like tht too 😊

i dont think think she's rude...she's frank, she inteliigent and doesnt coat her words with sugar...i admire the girl for her guts...she likes gaurav but cleared it with him abt her plans...and when she found he's not supportive she gave preference to her education which is gr8...education comes first....she is silent kind not like others hence probably u guys find her rude...but she if she was rude or manipulative dont u think rajbir would have been her target by now...by far he's the best looker and most adjusting and probably richest in the show. instead she's not running after others like priyanka- gurmeet- vrinda...which is so obvious.

furthermore when talking to hitty abt his mom she said wat she felt very sutle and nice way so point is gone across but not offensive. and she observes and says geniune points not like pooja & priyanka who observe tht raj's mom talks eats doesnt take of health, wat an observation indeed.!! shows where those girls priority lies and how much makhan they r applying on raj.

wats wrong abt saying she'll adjust but not compromise...why should anyone compromise ...do men compromise NO! then y should a wife always compromise. i m happy for her that she n gaurav didnt hit it off personally i find gaurav's mom a crybaby and hidden manipulator. the smarty was practically frowning when both had building task alloted to them and when asked she said she was praying. as if hum sab yide log hai!!

i hope nandita is POB atleast she stands up for herself and genuine and gets a chance to meet someone else .

Yes I agree Nanditi has air abt her .... But i dnt agree what you sd abt her profession as its your opinion and respect that.

Doctors even if they make 1rs or even 1lk they is a proud satisfaction of they profession of saving lives and you put whole bunch of IITs together with not be able to do. As end of the day no matter what big short you are and how much money you have .... and how much you can make funny of them... If you have a HEALTH problem you have to go to them. PERIOD (so who as the last laugh we know )

But I know IIMs who are good for nothing and bunch of plain nerds/ geeks ,but just because I know them does not give me the right to JUDGE the whole profession , coz at the same time I have cousin who is a IIM and head HSBC UK. so they are two ways of looking at things.

Two things I strongly don't agree with.... 😔

1. Doctors are not at par with IIMs and It professionslas?? Not true at all. Doctors get wayyy more respect than any graduate/post graduate in ANY darn society around the world. I am an IT professional and so is my hubby. My brother is a Doctor and all of us get the respect due to our profession but when it comes to the basics...Docs are more respected all over the planet. Accept that fast and life gets easier.

2. Punjabi language sounds rude?? Gime me a break. This is what stereotyping is all about. It's like saying all south indians are dark and all bengalis are nerds. Stop generalizing. You obviously haven't heard Amritsar ki Punjabi. they'll devour you with sweetness. North Indians i.e. Delhites, Chadigarh, Gurgaon and Noida ppl speak similar to how Nandita, Hitesh and Pooja speak. Nothing wrong with that.

Well i am the one who started all this.

Sorry !! i never wanted to show my disrespect to any profession but going through my old mail i think i crossed that line and i have no excuse but to feel sorry.

May be that a respected professional like doctor is misfit for a love based show. Remember that" I don't love my patient" " They are just a subject for me" from munnabhai.

But i love Nandita & Gulabo both, (I like Aamir khan & Gobinda both)

But tell me how many of you agree with me that on first day of the shoot and having a look at all the participants both my favourite characters (Nandita & Gulabo ) would have thought in thir mind

" For me! No competition at all"

My point was only that please don't turn this topic to CAREER COUNSELLING forum.

But to all Doctor fans, sorry once again and i mean it. Here is a joke in Honour of Doctors.

Allan, a mechanic, was removing a cylinder head from a Harley-Davidson motorbike, when he spotted a world-famous heart surgeon in his garage. The heart surgeon was waiting for the service manager to come and take a look at his bike.

Allan shouted across the garage, 'Hey Doc can I ask you a question?' The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to Allan. You go girl!!!!!! I am from Amritsar.... and really they havent heard Amritsari or Lahori Punjabi.... anc I think Chandigarh is very much Punjabi...... rarely people speak Haryanvi there.... Haryana stays close to Ambala... adn even people in Ambala speak good punjabi :-)

Okay about the point that Nandita thinks she is more intelligent than Gaurav. That isnt all truth because yesterday Gaurav himself said that ur intellect level is higher than mine.
And I think just because she is a girl with a bit of attitude people are bashing what if a boy would have said I dont think tht wuld have been raised as an issue.
Its not that easy to get into medicine its no joke!!! She is intelligent no doubt about that. I mean at the end of the she is a lovely human being she respects people and never wants to hurt anyone's feelings

agree 100% and I think girls should have that attitude..... keeps the boys on the track 😆 and a girl can always be homely even with that attitude.......
