Agreed! I was shocked when she didn't even realise that GOT is set in a completely different era and fantasy world, where everything was incredibly backwards anyways, to her show, which is set in present day. How can she be so ignorant to such a blatant fact? She didn't even explain why she thought the show was progressive. 🤢

I haven't seen any episode of this show...I didn't even express strong views against or for the show when it was going to start airing...but now I read that they are going on honeymoon and he is caressing her and all(I got repulsed even while typing this)...even smriti irani has pushed the petition forward,if she is against the show too then may be there is something about this show that is worth going against...viewers/fans of the show should consider this IMO...also,filing a petition is not against the law of the democratic nation that is India...and yes,one can define marriage as they want but as far as I know law's definition says that only females above 18 and males above 21 can enter into marriage that will be legally recognized.

Just think about it...our neighbour country makes a show highlighting the plight of a girl child who was sexually abused and "content" makers in our country come up with this!!

ppk what I am watching there is no physical relation shown between ratan and diya .only cute smiling and cute talking shown between ratan and diya

though bed was decorated but no suhaag raat no honeymoon shown only cute pillow fighting was shown and soon after pillow fighting ratan fell sleep and then diya fell sleep

Yes, I am aware there is not an iota of altruism or higher virtues such as knowledge and understanding in what I read. Instead, it conveys anger, despair, and inability to handle the TV controls. This is why I continue to 🤣 in the hope the humor of the situation becomes apparent.

How I wish you had nothing to say right from the beginning. I am not entitled to explain to you what I like and why. If you have problem with others choices than be progressive enough to ignore. Not everyone will share opinion similar to yours. Deal with it! Live and let live.

Stop creating fuss over marriage or child marriage on a fictional and show try doing some real social service for real people. If you can't do that than stop this useless shallow protests on internet. Gosh...these pseudo idealists 🥱

Writing down 'progressive' left, right and center won't make you progressive, when u call real people perverts over fictional cjaracters. So, stop dishing out this advice of urs when u can't follow it urself.

So now the people who are making hue and cry over show being 'regressive' are having a hard time reading the word 'progressive'? Oh the irony 😆

I did not call people as perverts, they themselves proved that by reflecting their thinking and perspective. Also, you are free to voice out so am I. You keep voicing what you wish to and I will do the same (you started quoting me so I will answer) else who cares what some pseudo idealists have to say. Doesn't make any difference as long they implement their so called ideologies on themselves and not on others.
