In Pavitra Rishta, none of the biological children are like their parents.
That was the case in the 2nd generation and now, same has been repeated in the 3rd generation as well.
Pari is not like Purvi and Ankita is not like Soham.

what i m trying to say is that the the progression of her character started from bitter to borderline negative so i m not at all surprised that she turned out to be this.

so far ankita is concerned, i dont consider her pathetic for loving naren so much even now. it was her own choice not to force herself in naren's life and despite of how selfish and disgusting naren has been with her, she chooses to remember her first love with optimistic view. why is that so pathetic? even though naren does not have his memories, his simple, loving and caring nature during that time is coming out for ashi so i dont mind a reunion but not before a lot of pain, regret and punishment for naren for what he did to ankita. he needs to punish rushali for her deeds esp for the baby theft.

right now i m afraid for poor ashi. the way pari treats her is heartbreaking. i m so waiting for the day naren and ankita gets to know that ashi is their baby and m also waiting for pari's reaction.

so basically ur blaming a child for not finding out why her father never visited her. hating a father who never visited her makes her selfish. okay got it.

Many adopted children try to find out why they were abandoned or try to find out about their birth parents
But no it's not really pari's fault
It's purvi's fault for not trying to bring Arjun and pari closer , whatever happened between the husband wife shouldn't affect the child
And the whole deshmukh family is responsible for giving pari the wrong impression 🤢

I completely agree ilovedhanjanird, I dont think its paris fault at all for hating her father Arjun. It's only Purvi's fault since she never tried to bring Arjun and pari closer, pari missed out on her father's love due to Purvi, Arjun tried to talk to Pari but Pari always cut him off, Purvi never corrected Pari and always let her think Arjun was bad. Arjun was not a good dad at all to both his daughters, especially Pia. If he cared enough about his daughters he wud have tried to get in touch with them.

So Arjun and purvi are dead
And pari is always emotionally blackmailing naren about how she is alone 😆
Hence despite being unhappy he doesn't call off the marriage

i m not blaming her, pari actually did that. arjun tried to call, meet from his side but pari never gave him a chance so yes in this scenario if pari was too busy with herself, it is not arjun's fault. so far purvi is concerned, she is at fault too for letting her miseries ruin a relationship between a father and a daughter. she could learn something from ovi in this matter. regardless of how arjun never cared for pia (well that is also not sure coz cvs never focused on that) arjun and pia's relationship never got bitter despite of being so far from each other and what happened between ovi-arjun. ovi never let her own daughther hate her own father.

Pari appears to be (at least now) a completely self-centered person. She really does not care for anyone else's emotions or pain. She does not value the affection she has received from her husband, however mean he may have been to Ankita.
With regard to Ashi, Pari should especially value an adapted child because of her own family history. This character is really irritating now.

If other female characters in this show made mistakes or behaved poorly, each had something lacking in their lives which they were trying to fulfill. Ovi was looking for love. Purvi made mistakes because she was trying fulfill her mother's shattered dreams. Varsha took away Soham because she could not have a child. Ankita married an insane man because her family was starving

Pari grew up in opulence, she found and got united to her love; she lost her baby but was given one soon without anyone else making claims on it. Her family has always been her support rather than her responsibility. And yet instead of being grateful for all that she has, she is always yelling. What is wrong with her?

I am just copy pasting what i have replied in another thread.
Its not a sudden turn. Pari has been shown like this from the beginning. She always believes what she wants to. She never even tries to find out the real truth. She is a highly insecure person from the start. When she was introduced she hated Arjun, Ovi and Pia knowing olny half truth. When it was reveled that she was indeed Ahana it was shown that she assumed Aman cheated on her without knowing he had gone mad for her. She never tried to find out whether really Aman cheated on her or not. Then Ankita came in her life. She herself had seen how much Ankita loved her husband but she easily believed Ankita's lies as it siuted her. She could not even understand fron Ankita's letter that baby is Naren's. Then came the miscarriage. She blamed Naren solely because it is how her character is shaped up from the beginning. She blames others for own problems rather than finding solutions. She was always rude to others. She does not easily accepts her weaknesses but inside her heart she has fears of loosing.

well... as much as we want to argue all points.

It really comes down to the fact that Heroes and Heroines don't and wont exist if there isn't a villain to help them achieve hero status.

In this case, for Naren and Ankita to be that, others have to be the villains. In this case - Pari.

and yet again the forum has proved that they can't stay away from arvi .
from the time the leap has started everyone does one thing either blame arjun for neglecting his kids or purvi for having misunderstandings . why don't we see all the aspects together . but off course if some people have made up their mind that they want to hate arvi then we can do nothing.

ovi decided to hide her pregnancy from arjun because she knew it that after knowing the truth arjun would leave his happiness for the sake of pia. after arjun came to know about pia he was ready to take all the responsibilites of pia .
don't want to go further on the 20 years ficaso because i feel that arjun, purvi, ovi , archana and manav all are equally responsible for those disasters.
purvi have always tried to rectify pari . when pari was kid and she tore all the photos of arvi , then also purvi scolded her . even when she was grown up and told something insulting towards arjun , purvi scolded her a lot and told her to respect her father . but pari never listened because she had a wrong image of her father just like purvi and all the D clan .
ovi had already decided to be a single mother . but according to what was shown in the show , arjun was in contact with both ovi and pia for all those 20 years . the moment he came to know that priya is none other than his daughter pia , he was desperate to have her in his home . when pia was blaming herself as the reason for arvi seperation and asking risabh kapoor to kill her , then arjun only said that never say like that. when risabh pushed arvi at one side then they both could have run away leaving ovi and pia but he didn't do it instead he just went on fighting.
arjun could have easily fought for the custody of pari and pia but he himself has lived a motherless life so he didn't wanted his daughters to suffer .
he loved both his daughters , pia and arjun had a good relationship because everything was crystal clear and things were sour between pari and arjun because of the numerous misunderstandings.
arjun did tried to clear them , if that communication is termed as partiality and favoring pari over pia , then i can say something.

arjun never neglected his children , it's just that he accepted defeat to early and off corse purvi did tried her best to make pari the best and also have respect for his father but as teju said once that pari is a quite complex child and it's hard to handle her.

i just wanted the cvs should have shown the back up story of arvi ovi rather then sidelining them and confusing them more . regarding abandoning ovi and pia , then i have never seen arjun abusing or throwing ovi and pia out.

but as it is said some people just love to hate arvi.🥱
