Deshmukh House in the kitchen
Kinnari and Nina go to the kitchen. Kinnari looks disgusted with the chawl. Savita yells from the other room, Nina and Kinnari, wash 4-5 plates and bring hot Puri. Kinnari tells Nina to wash the dishes and and says I will make the Puri. Nina says I would wash the dishes but I can't since my hands are aching, how about you wash them and I will make the Puri. Kinnari doesn't look too happy and she thinks to herself, she's a strange lady, she's having a guest wash the plates. Kinnari is washing the dishes, after a little bit Kinnari says, oh God, it's so hot over here. How do you live in this chawl?
At the party hall
Everyone is in the party hall. Pushti says attention everybody, before I start eating I want to say something to all of you. Aaji has made all the food that's here, you all should taste it. Naren says of course, we came here to taste the food. Naren says to Archana, aaji you know Ahana also makes very good food. Naren says to Ankita, you're the best cook. Ankita says thank you sir. Naren says there's so much food that I don't know where to start from. Sulochana says to Naren to start having the sheera puri. Naren says if I eat sweet first then my stomach will be full. Savita says yes. Archana says one second, start from lauki ki sabzi. You like lauki ki sabzi a lot, I made it for you. Naren says that's my favorite. Naren tasts the lauki ki sabzi and praises it and says it's made the same way that Ahana made it. Archana says Naren I have a deep relationship with Ankita and just like she made lauki ki sabzi for her husband with so much love, I also made lauki ki sabzi for my son in law. Manav says it's all about morals Naren, because our values are the same, our likes are the same. Sunanda says Archana tai, this food is very good and authentic Marathi food, I liked it a lot, thank you so much. Naren finishes eating, Pushti says jeeju, are you already done? Have more. Naren says all of my saalis are feeding me so much. Damodar says to Naren you are fortunate, you have such loving saalis. Naren says you tell me how many saalis you have. Damodar says I am not fortunate, I have this old lady with me.(Savita) Savita teases Damodar back. Archana says we just don't have Pari and PIa, but everyone else is enjoying so much, Pia had to go for an interview, she helped me a lot with the work this morning and Pari, must be busy with her work. It would have been fun with them. Teju goes to check on Pia and Pari.
Shekhar's car/At the party hall
Shekhar and Pari are in the car. Pari tells Shekhar to turn left here and in 2 minutes we'll reach Anand Niwas chawl. Teju calls Pari. Pari picks up and says yes Teju maasi. Teju says pari where are you, did you check your watch? Aai has been asking about you. Pari says yes I'm coming in 2 minutes. Teju says ok come soon. At the party hall, Manav tells Archana to give sheera to Naren. Archana says I made it for him. Archana gives sheera to Naren and tells him to eat as much as he wants. Naren tastes the sheera and says amazing, amazing! Naren says to Ankita, where is your business partner Pari? Teju comes back to the hall and says aai, Pari has come. Pari and Shekhar have reached the chawl, Pari tells Shekhar to park there. Shekhar parks the car and they both get out. Savita says she is taking more Puris. The Puri has run out, Manav is about to get some more but Archana says Manav I'll get the Puris. Mansi says don't bother, I'll get it.
Deshmukh House/Outside
Mansi goes in the Deshmukh House. She is waiting there. Archana comes and asks Mansi if she's waiting for her baba. Mansi says yes but it's no use waiting because Shashank is going to bring him, I don't know when baba will come or if he's in the condition to come or not. You know about baba's drinking habit? Archana says Mansi why are you getting sad? You have your Ankita tai, your jeeju, your brothers and sisters, live happily with them. You didn't even eat, you go and I'll get the puri. Outside, Shashank and Soham have reached the chawl by the taxi. Shashank asks the taxi driver the price of the ride and pays him. Shashank carries Soham while he's walking. Mansi and Archana see this but they can't see Soham's face. Mansi is about to come, Shashank says Mansi, wait there I'm coming. Mansi says aaji I'm sorry, this happens every day for us, we're tired of baba's condition. Archana says there's no need for you to feel ashamed. I understand, we just wanted to meet your baba, don't be sad. Go eat and I'll bring the Puri. Mansi says no, you go and I will bring it. Archana asks Mansi if she's ok. Mansi says I'm absolutely fine. Mansi goes in the kitchen to get the Puri. Naren comes there, Mansi says jeeju. Jeeju why did you leave your food to come up here? Naren says I came to get sasur ji, has he come? Mansi says baba has come but. Naren says he's come so I'll get him. Mansi says jeeju listen, where are you going? Naren says I'm getting my sasur ji, it's not fun without him, my food doesn't get digested without him. We have a special connection.
Deshmukh House/At the hall
Mansi says jeeju baba has drank a lot of alcohol. Pari and Shekhar are coming inside the Deshmukh House but Naren and Mansi don't' see them. Naren says to Mansi, what new thing is this? He drinks every day but then has fun after that. Pari sees Naren's back and hears him. Naren tells Mansi that I have already eaten so don't worry about me. Go and eat with your tai. Naren leaves. Pari didn't see his face. There is a beggar near the chawl, Pari says to him one second. She goes inside the kitchen where Mansi is and gets some food from her, then goes back to the beggar to give him some food. The beggar leaves, Pari says to Shekhar, should we go? Shekhar looks at Pari, Pari asks what happened. Shekhar says I'm trying to know you Pari. Shekhar says I thought you were very practical and cared only for your business but no I was wrong, you also have a heart. Pari smiles and says let's go.
At the party hall
Pari and Shekhar reach the hall. Manav greets Pari and says Pari dear, where were you? We were waiting for you for a long time. Manav sees Shekhar and says Shekhar? Shekhar nods his head, Manav shakes his hand and says how are you? Shekhar says nice to meet you sir, it was great to meet you. Ankita says Shekhar, you're here? Shekhar says Ankita in fact I was going to come to your house, I needed some signatures from you but Pari said that everyone's here for dinner so I came here and I also got to meet Manav sir. Anyways, here is the file. Shekhar gives the file to Ankita and says I can't find Naren. Ankita says Naren sir is gone to get my baba, he lives right here so he's getting him. Manav says to Shekhar that you eat now, we have a rule that if anyone comes to our place while we're having our meal then they don't leave before eating. Come on.
Mansi and Shashank's house
Soham is sleeping on the bed. Naren and Shashank are there, Naren starts tickling Soham so that he wakes up. Shashank tells Naren to take it easy. Shashank tries to wake baba up, Naren gets some water and he sprays some on Soham. Naren makes noise in his ears, and he also puts his shoe right in front of Soham's nose. Shashank says what if Ankita and Mansi see this? Naren keeps trying to wake Soham up, Shashank says Naren he won't wake up.
At the party hall
Pari and Shekhar are eating together. Shekhar says this is amazing food. Shekhar says to Archana, aaji, you are the world's best chef, it's so good, I've never had food like this before. Pari says ajoba thank you, you gave me the reference to such a good lawyer. You know because of him I have a double advantage. One, I have a very good business partner, like Ankita and also my project is starting. Ankita says no sir, I should be the one saying thank you, because of Pari I can start my first own independent project, thanks to you Pari. Ankita gives Shekhar the file that she signed. Pari says ajoba you know I am very relaxed to have partnership with Ankita. Ankita will handle all the legal activities, and I will focus on the infrastructure, this project will get accomplished very quickly. Shekhar says and that is why I came up of the partnership idea. Sunanda says Ankita, where is Naren? It's getting late, we should head out. Ankita says Attu, Naren sir. Archana sees Prashant and says Prashant, check up on Shashank, he hasn't eaten. Tell him to come.
Mansi and Shashank's house
Soham is still sleeping. Naren says this is all my fault, I shouldn't have given money to him. Naren says he had called and said he had important work and that's why he needed money. I know he used all the money for drinking. Sasur ji please, Ahana will scold me, I have to meet with her friend. Shashank says it's getting late, everyone's eating, let's go. Naren says let's leave sasur ji here and go.
At the hall
Savita and Sulochana are watching Pari and Shekhar talking. Savita says he is Naren's friend and our Manav got Pari to know him, look at them talking, I like this Jodi. Sulochana says Savita tai should we get these 2? Savita says yes, you read my mind, I like this jodi a lot. Sulochana says yes but it's good you told me first, if you say this straight to Pari then there would be a problem. Savita says whatever may happen. Sulochana says she's not even interested in this marriage talk, it's all about office work. Savita says I say however Pari feels, I like this jodi a lot and I will get these 2 married. Savita and Sulochana laugh, and they go to Pari and Shekhar. Sulochana says Pari, why are you standing here and talking, go in and sit. Savita says yes go. Pari says aaji we were just talking here. Savita says that's ok but go in and sit, talk there. Sulochana says go. Savita says there's a lot of rush here. Savita insists, Pari and Shekhar go with Savita.
At the hall
Sunanda and Kinnari are about to leave, Sunanda says Archana ji, Naren tells us a lot about you guys but now that I met you, you guys are much better then what he said. Thank you so much for having us here, thank you. Archana says no what are you saying, we did our duty. We are from the girl's side and to do this for our son in law and his family is our duty and we had a lot of happiness doing it. If anything turned out wrong then please forgive us. Next time. Sunanda says what are you saying? You gave us so much love, for God's sake don't be so formal. And also Archana ji, in a way we are also the girl's side. Ankita is not our daughter in law, but our daughter. Everyone smiles, Kinnari looks annoyed. Archana says Ankita, don't worry at all about your brothers and sisters. Now that they're in our chawl, I'll take very good care of them. Sulochana and Savita nod their heads. Archana says you just take care of yourself, your family and your husband, understand? Ankita smiles.
Precap: Archana and Savita are at the Deshmukh House. Archana says, what do I do about this girl? After she goes back to Canada? Savita says she won't go, we'll have to come up of a reason to get her to stay back and when will this happen? When someone comes in her life. Archana asks Savita what she means. Savita says I mean we will have to get Pari to meet someone who she'll love and I have found a groom for her. Archana says aai, you've already found someone?
