Box Cricket League by Marinating Films
Game Rules
- Playing team to field with 9 players, 7 male & 2 female.
- Total 12 overs in every inning (11 +1).
- 1 over to be bowled by the female bowler in every inning.
- A single bowler can bowl maximum 3 overs.
- Boundaries on the off side & the on side, between the wickets
Direct shot in the air: 4runs
Grounded shot: 2runs
- Straight boundaries / Long ON & Long OFF to add 4runs and 6runs
- If the ball is stuck in the ceiling, 2 runs will be added to bats man total.
- I f the ball hits the ceiling and is caught by the fielder, batsman will be not out.
- If the ball hits the ceiling and crosses the boundary batsman will be awarded with 4 runs(straight boundary) & 2 runs(off and on boundary)
- Behind the wickets, if the ball crosses the players dug out line, the batsman will be awarded with 1 run.
- LBW is not valid in BCL.
- Batsman can run for byes & leg byes.
- Batsman can run for over throws, however no boundary will be awarded for an over throw.
- Over stepping No ball will award a free hit to the batting team.
- Chucking is not allowed for male bowlers. Female bowlers will get benefit of doubt.
- Pitch size will be 17 yards.
