PR should be sued for rape coverage

The irresponsible way PR has covered the rape trial of a young victim can and should land the channel and producers in serious trouble. Rape victims should not be identified, and doing so is a penal offence. Yet PR has been showing TV channels not only giving out the names of the victim and her family members but slandering all of them. This is sickening.
If Ektaa is unaware of these guidelines she deserved to be sued.

I think the TM is not talking about the rape track, but is referring to the victim's name being taken by media so openly. It is penal offence to identify the victim. Creative liberty should be in accordance with the law of the country.

oh tat part too has been openly abused in all shows if not wrong . Barring few shows like bv all shows are taking liberty I remember even in kasauti ek had shown same way
