Im sure a more concrete statement would have more effect, like "Dont marry RK because I found out hes a criminal, or has a criminal past"..instead of a vague statement like hes not a good man!😆
Why would Ovi tell her daughter to tell Purvi that knowing that Pia doesn't have evidence to prove her point? I would never put my daughter in such a position where she has to put such an extreme accusation on someone.. WITHOUT PROOF. Ovi was a good mother by not asking her daughter to get involved directly. =/ Besides, didn't we all know that Pia would've done the job herself anyway without Ovi having to tell her? 😆Ovi transfered her own lifelong guilt on Pia, which is why Pia thinks its her life's aim to reunite Arjun with Purvi...was that right on Ovi's part? She had no right laying the guilt trip on Pia that it was because of her birth that ArVi got separated! I wonder why nobody mentions that fact?😕
Arjun wronged both the sisters. Not just Purvi. And in this case, (Arjun not being a part of Pari's life) is because of Purvi =/ She believed Arjun cheated on her when no such thing happened therefore, suffering herself and making her daughter suffer as well. =/Did Arjun even try to keep in touch with Pari? He was her father, even divorced or separated dads can be a part of their kids' lives...why didnt Arjun ever bother to know Pari or meet her? Purvi has never been shown to deny him his fatherly rights, just the opposite, she has been shown in REAL episodes to tell Pari to call Arjun, rebuking a young Pari from tearing up her father's photos! Its no use blaming only Purvi in Pari's matter and blaming Arjun in Pia's matter! Always lopsided views!😆
Arjun talked to Pia once in a while on the phone.. he never sent her birthday gifts either. 😛 He didn't even know how her studies are going.. He doesn't even know she's in India (even though he isn't supposed to for the plan to be successful).. shows how connected they are. 😆 But whereas one child has been taught to respect that father, the other was given the chance to harbour hatred towards him. Ovi didn't shun Arjun out of Pia's life, she encouraged it because it was the best for the child. Who cares what was best for Ovi and Purvi emotionally? Unlike, Purvi, Ovi thought of the best interests of her child.
Even Ovi didnt know Pia was coming to India. Pari grew up amongst relatives like Nina...who would go on taunting her abt her father abandoning her...because Purvi has been shown in actual episodes (and not the imaginary ones) telling adult Pari to call her dad, rebuking younger Pari for badmouthing her dad! On the other hand, Arjun never bothered to call Pari or send her bday gifts etc.
And why would Ovi teach Pia to hate Arjun? 😆 You guys are getting mixed up between the 2 scenarios...in Pari/Purvi's case, Arjun supposedly abandoned his wife and child, in Ovi/Pia's life that was not the case!
Ovi wasnt married to Arjun, she had Pia without him, she was satisfied with whatever contact Arjun kept with her and Pia...because she didnt have higher expectations from him, he wasnt her husband who had cheated on her! 😛
