RK being involved in Arjun's arrest would explain a lot, remember Purvi was suspicious as to why RK would want to marry her and then there was his knowledge about what was going on while Arjun was in jail. There is something bigger going on here and I'm hoping it brings out the truth not only about RK but Arjun too. Arjun has made a mess out of everyone's lives by his lies, who does he think he is helping here? He doesn't want to hurt Purvi yet he is doing so. There is also the fact that Arjun is not being fair to Pari and Pia who have the right to know their father is seriously ill and may not survive. Arjun is robbing many of precious time they could have with him and that is only going to hurt them more if the worse were to happen to him.

yes ovi did wrong by married arjun without her parents wish and believe after marriage everything will be fine . she was a fool who believed him who cheated her ( he has relationship with her sister but did not tell during engagement and even after engagement ) more than her parents. and got punishment but here naren is not a cheater he did not two timing but he believed he has with his girlfriend . so its sure he will be shocked when he will be learn about ankita and his relationship and ahana ia alive. for him it will be hard to choose . and the most important thing is arjun was married to ovi with consious mind and he knew he married with ovi not purvi and also he accepted to sleep with ovi and purvi both with full conscious mind . so when he went to purvi after slept with ovi and having baby , it was not good...

I did not know this. I thought my Mom was not on stage during antarpaat vidhi at my sister's wedding bcos she got emotional. (she was watching from the front of the stage, some distance away with tears in her eyes.)

On the other hand the groom's mother also did not stay during the pheras saying that according to their custom, the mother of the groom was not supposed to watch the pheras. (They are North Indian Brahmins)

dunno niki but i heard my mother saying this during my marraige specifically . I don't know about the boy's mom but girl's mom is definetely not there , the karavli is ...the boy's sisters stand behind boy and girl's sisters behind girl . I think the ritual is emotion based , the girl's mom is the most attached emotionally and in olden days the child bride went to far off places so she was forbiden to be there as she may sob and it is a mangal hour ...again , this is my reading .
