recape:ashna wants to get arjun engaged as her death wish, archana and manav wants to talk with their daughter before letting their decession out...

Room was full of scilence and DK was thinking about Ashna and him talking about Arjun's future

DK: I am waiting for the day when my son going to sit in my chair. I want to see him as a successful business man

Ashna: but I want to see my son living happily with his wife and children

DK: he just 14 Ashna ur planning his marriage from now

Ashna : it also applies to u DK ,u are also planning about him

DK: oh come on Ashna

Ashna: yes DK I already have a girl who suit's my son

DK: don't say me you already started searching all matrimony sites and beurro

Ashna: there is no need for it my dear husband

DK: what you are supposed to say, make it clear

Ashna: it's OVI who is going to be my daughter in law

DK: what?

Ashna: yes she is beautiful, intelligent and also Arjun's friend I already told Archana and I am glad to hear she is also thinking the same

Present:

Outside ICU:

Archana: Ovi you know about aunts condition right, it's her last wish to see her son getting engaged with you. Of course it's your decision. I know you are a matured girl and you can understand the situation well and take the decision.

Manav: dear there is no need to take decision under any stress, it's your life if your answer is also negative we can accept it, Ashna ji can understand because she loves u a lot

Archana: beta I also want you know another thing .Ashna ji wanted u to be her daughter in law from your birth

Manav and Archana left to take her time to think

Inside the room:

Ashna called purvi near her .Arjun was sitting side to Ashna, purvi came and stood near the bed ,she took purvis hand in her hand and gently rubbed and smiled and asked her "you like arjun a lot right",she replied "yes aunt , he is my only friend, I cant see him crying aunt plz get well soon" ashna got tears for her son who cant live without him, she again said "purvi if I went somewhere and arjun was only there don't leave him always stay by him and don't let him miss me" though purvi didn't understand what ashna said ,all that she can understand is she have to stay by arjuns side and said " yes" and turned towards arjun,though he is not crying , she can feel some pain in his face and sat beside him placing her hand on his shoulder

Manav and archna enterd with ovi:

Ashna looked at them anxiously as what would be the ovi's answer.

Then manav broke the scilence ,saying ovi agreed for the engagement

Ashna and DK were very happy with the announcement

Ashna thanked archana, manav and especially Ovi

OVI: aunt don't thank me ,to me you are equal to my mom, you never showed any difference between me and arjun. Its my duty to show some respect towards you

Ashna eyes were very greatfuul to OVI

Manav: lets arrange it tomorrow with some close family friends and neighbours

DK: thanks a lot manav

Manav: never mind sir

Dk: you proceed with preprations ,I'll talk to the doctor about discharge procedures

Manav and archana stood to take their leave and start their preprations,ovi and purvi also greeted ashna ,dk and arjun and moved .purvi and arjun were looking at each other smiling until she moved out of the room

Next day evening:

Deshmukh residence is all set for the engagement party. Garden is filled with not more than ten tables .manav is checking the guest list and archana is busy with the caterers .archna noticed manava is little low and went to him

Archana: manav why are you sad its our daughter engagement

Manav: you know archna that is the reason why I am sad,I had many expectations for ovi's engagement but see what is the situation now

Archana: manav don't think like that arjun is a nice boy he is like our son we know him since his birth more over he is ovi's bestie

Manav tried to argue but noticed guests started arrived

Upstairs:

Ovi is getting ready in her blue lehanga send by ashna, purvi wore her new Ghaghara. Ovi cant understand what to do she only knows ashna loves her a lot and arjun is her best buddy.mean while purvi ran downstairs . she bumped to some of her relative who showed all her friend were playing in the back of the garden .purvi also left asking to inform her when arjun arrives. At the same time dk and family arrives to deshmukh recidence

Manav and archana received them guarded them to the party place. Arjun dressed in royal blue kurthi , he didn't purvi anywhere and asked archana about purvi for which she replied "may be playing some where and ovi was getting ready" ashna and dk were busy with explaining the guests about the urgent engagement . arjun was in search of purvi and he finally found her.he was about to raise his voice to call her but stopped with ashna calling him for ceremony. He was made sit on the stage and ovi was climbing down the stairs saw arjun sitting on the special chair leaving her some space. Ashna was very happyto see ovi in her presented dress and also her dream coming true

Rituals started and both ovi and arjun are doing pooja

Purvi is busy in playing with her friends saw dk and taught "arjun may also be arrived but why he didn't came to me , I'll bring him and join in the game"and left to function place . she saw arjun and ovi doing some puja amd ran to them but stopped by archana .

Purvi: mom I also want to go to them

Archana: no beta you cant go there .only they had to do that pooja

Purvi: but why mom like to ovi ,arjun is also my friend I want to go

Pandit calling archana to give the rings

Archna : "please listen beta" and went to pandit

Arjun then saw purvi and smiled at her , but she didn't as she was angry because he was only sitting with ovi and not her

Ovi and arjun were given rings to exchange

Every one blessed both , both the families were happy

Everyone had their dinner and left , arjun didn't get a chance to talk to purvi, and she didn't tried because she was angry on him

Arjun left with his parents saying bye to purvi and ovi

At night purvi asked ovi why they didn't let her join them

Ovi: purvi you are a little girl you cant sit that much time na so we didn't let you

Purvi was little bit satisfied with her answer but angry with arjun as he didn't talk to her

Next morning:

Purvi and ovi were ready to school and having their breakfast, archna came sat beside ovi and started to say "ovi don't feel bad if your school friends say any thing to you, you didn't do anything wrong"

Ovi: I know mom, I can handle

Archana: ok beta take care of yourself and your sister

By hearing this purvi naughtly responded " mom I can take care of myself I don't need didi's help"

Oh beta sorry for underestimating you

At school purvi's class:

Purvi entered her class room ,some of her friends rounded up and started questioning

Tina: hey purvi I heard your sister and arjun got engaged is it true

Purvi: yes

Sammy: you always says arjun as your best friend

Purvi:what does our friendship has to do with it

Rashmi: it does a lot purvi, from now on arjun spends more time with your sister than you, he shares every thing with your sister but nnot you, he starts to ignore you

Purvi: shutup arjun never do such thing, he is my friend ,later he is my sister's fianc.

Teacher enterd the class so all took their places and opend their books, though purvi is looking at board she is lost in thoughts. She decided to go and have answers for her questions from arjun and ovi.

Arjun and ovi class:

Arjun and ovi explained their friends in what situation it took place, also they made it clear no one can makes it big issue as it is their family matter

Later in class arjun and ovi were in their own thoughts

Arjun was thinking about his mother condition and the word he given to his mom

Ovi was also in a dilema as arjun.

Many taught were running in every one minds...
