I read the written update. Have not watched the show!

But did Manav say Arjun remarried Ovi? I mean when he said that even during their differences, he had not given Archana's place to another! But that Arjun had gone ahead and married Ovi?

There's still a lot left to be explained in the show, it is not known if this is what the Deshmukhs believe or if its reality especially since we have not seen or heard about Ovi and Pia since the leap,

I think that is what the Deshmukhs believe. Arjun repeatedly says that he does not want to/has not given (Purvi's) his wife's place to anyone so no, I don't think he remarried Ovi.

still many thing to be revealed in Arjun and Purvi's MU.

not much chance of Arjun remarry Ovi in these 20 years. Arjun's Business partner all the time indicating about Arjun staying alone for 20 years. Arjun too told he can't give his wife space to anyone.

surely something has happened which made Arjun to stay away from Purvi for so long. the reason could be known only to Arjun.

we can't judge anything from the clues already given to us as BT shows jumps to any direction in one single episode.
