It sure does...and when there are 15 likes on a post which comments on how an actress should get a life cuz she looks 40, what does that say?

I don't want to point fingers at anyone but it's quite sad that no one is willing to have a mature discussion here...Can anyone deny that Mrinalini didn't take any names? Then why has this thread become a bashing marathon for her and Ankita?

I'm not saying that both sides are innocent...there are ppl on both sides of the fence who are making comments in poor taste...but there was scope for a general debate/discussion in this thread about the future for TV actors...instead everyone is busy putting down the other in trying to trump up their favs.

Asha-Rithvik have chosen to leave this show...and that is that...it's a new chapter for Ankita...and her fans are happy to see her back...maybe Asha-Rithvik are destined for better things...so what is the need to put down other actors for decisions made by EKTA and her team?

LOL ok I can see that this has turned into a witch hunt now...any SANE or LOGICAL comment is IGNORED and only posts which are bashing one actor and blindly praising the others is welcome. I see...my bad that I thought ppl could discuss MATURELY in here...I'm out.

Applies to both sides. The Ushaji article had anonymous sources - no names so no one even knew if it was actors, people on the set, those leaving (Jia, Mark, Karan, Shruti, Shakti, Rithvik or Asha) or those staying back. But on 2 different topics, Asha and Rithvik were vilified targeted and bashed for close to 20 pages. Take a look around, there's a post about Arjun-Purvi hug, where users are instigating fans.

@peachesnplums: I have no interest in getting into what the Arjun-Purvi and Arjun-Ovi fans fight over...there are a zillion pairs in this show and each set of fangroups keeps fighting with each other in a silly manner...over a ridiculously convoluted storyline.

Anyways as I said, I can see there is no point discussing anything in this thread cuz everyone has an AGENDA and isn't willing to discuss on an objective level.

Ok, honest opinion...if anyone cares for that here...lol

I think RD is a sweet guy...and he jokingly called Ankita 'saasumaa'...I never saw any issues with that...if someone else is misunderstanding that statement, I can't comment for them...but to me personally it never seemed like he was taking digs at Ankita...he usually said that it's ridiculous cuz she doesn't look like a MIL from any angle.

In fact for all I've seen of the BTS segments, they seem to get along...they were all laughing and joking around until a few months ago...I don't know what's happened now...

Maybe everyone had different expectations from the show...but in showbiz, more specifically Ekta-land, anything can happen at anytime...there are no guarantees...Keeping everyone's grudges and biases aside, if ppl want to look at this objectively without blaming any set of ACTORS...Ankita quit the show when she felt there was nothing for her to do anymore...Asha-Rithvik did well in this show but a leap is always inevitable in an Ekta show...Ankita can't be blamed specifically for this leap...who knows, they could have introduced a whole another set of actors but can they do away with Archana? Not really...Cuz a Purvi too was connected to this show through the character of Archana...that is how Ekta's shows work...the original protagonist lives on...even if she's 100 years old.

So if Asha-Rithvik want to quit now, it's their choice...Mrinalini was also referring to the same "anonymous sources" that were mentioned a while back...If Usha ji was bashed for her comments, I would condemn that as well...if one set of ppl does something wrong, does it justify another set of ppl doing the same? No it doesn't.


And yes, moving on is the best thing to do...

Well i stated my POV in the most civilized way possible its not favoring Mrinalini nor is it bashing anyone, but that's how i find the article and what she said in that article hence posted what i felt, I'm not asking anyone to be a fan of what i wrote or preach me on my opinion.

I believe this thread has been tagged to discuss the leap. Did not fans of those who are leaving want them to quit...then why be the party-pooper? Go celebrate in another thread. They are being freed from the "cage". I for one was very happy when Sushant decided to quit and I am extremely happy that Ankita is continuing only because she will get back to play the central role. As their fan I just want them both to make the best decision for their career and I do not care about the rest.
