Sushant Singh Rajput to introduce Vaani to the media

Yash Raj Films (YRF) has launched a couple of new talents in their last few films, including Arjun Kapoor in Ishaqzaade (2012) and Sasheh Aagha in Aurangzeb earlier this year. And now, it looks like it is Vaani Kapoor's time to shine. The actor, who is making her Bollywood debut with the Sushant Singh Rajput-Parineeti Chopra starrer Shuddh Desi Romance, will be introduced to the media at a special event this week.

When contacted, a spokesperson from YRF confirmed the news saying, "Yes, Sushant will be introducing Vaani to the media in an event this week. It has been specially planned for her."

While Parineeti will not be present at the do, there was apparently a debate about who among the lead actors would introduce Vaani. "Both Sushant and Parineeti were equally excited to introduce Vaani to the media. However, finally, it is going to be Sushant," says a source close to the film's team.
