Its factually wrong to call little Pari illegitimate. She is NOT as she was named Pari Arjun Kirloskar after her birth at the Naamkaran ceremony...reminding that to folks who may have forgotten that. 😉

Pari was with Ovi and Arjun as their daughter at that time. So factually, biologically and legally shes Pari Kirloskar. Nothing can change that!

If her stepmom ran away thats not her fault but shes still Pari Arjun Kirloskar, to repeat the fact again so its drilled well and good! 😆

The word "Illegitimate" is used only to demean and insult the love shared by Arjun and Purvi. So sadly it will be used repeatedly. Such is the state of our forum.

True..ppl keep saying Pari is najayaz which acc to me is disgusting...
as I always say She's a Kirlosker..During naming cermony,she was named as Pari Arjun Kirlosker so she doesnt require Onir's name or anyone else's name coz her real dad is still alive
and she cannot be called as illegimate.

I know dear, but that is called lying and twisting the facts because factually she is Pari Arjun Kirloskar as she was named at the Naamkaran ceremony and legally that is her name, they cannot change facts. 😊

Pari is and will always be a Kirloskar. She is DK's granddaughter and Arjun's daughter... she is the 1st Heir to the Kirloskar dynasty.

Despite all the vile and crude names we attach to her, we cannot change that fact!

She is a child, a person, a human being, and she is loved and wanted by her parents (married or not). Arjun loves and wants her, and what more than that does a child need, than the love and affection of her parents.

Yes, aathya, her dad is well and alive and she was named by her dad at the Naamkaran ceremony! So she IS PARI ARJUN KIRLOSKAR! Cannot change the facts!

If her biological parents are not married, that is not also a moot point.

Arent there surrogate moms whose babies get the father's legal name?

In Kusum, Abhay has a daughter with a surrogate and that was Kali, his first legal daughter, as well as Kumud, the other legal daughter with his wife, Kusum. Both are legal as long as bio dad gives them his name.

Although I dont believe in all this legitimacy nonsense and I really think that all babies are divine gifts from God. But that is not working, offering noble explanations or emotional approach doesnt work here, so I have to resort to the Law everytime! 😆

Legally nobody can deny that Pari is Arjun's legal daughter.
