I think we should wait and see what actually was said and what is media hype and rumors.

The one thing we can already say for sure is how professional Ankita has been throughout the history of this show. Kol hakavod to her for this . This much is fact.

The rest of these stories and accusations are rumors and should be treated as such.

When Ankita had some grievances .. she never targetted anyone in particular in the media... when she wasnt happy , she left...Whatever she had to communicate , she did it with the BT Team/Ekta ... she never dragged any of her co-actor's name in between ..
She maintained a no comments stance throughout... and didnt talk shit about any of the other cast members...

this is totally unprofessional behavior . if he or she want to say something then she or he should say straightly . and most importantly if they want more screen space then they should fight for it . blaming others ,its totally ridiculous and unprofessional .

Does anyone in India even understand what acting is? Your job is to be an actor. You're supposed to be able to enact any role of any age to be truly a versatile actor. My opinion of course. I just think its lame they always have these stories about aging etc on screen.

Not everyone is Archana to sacrifice life for others

If ankita is giving her time to the show , she should also get more screen space and a better role

Archanas role is pathetic and does nothing but fix purvi's problems

Why would she give her dates and effort to such a storyline

I am glad she is demanding and it is absolutely amazing

I have a lot of respect for ankit

He is playing the uneducated guy , he is doing a great job yet not complaining

ankita has so much power that balaji listen to her really...🤣... god only save anonymous actor from ekta... she will rip that actor for sure coz she will come to know... ekta will give her answer and very solid one , so god save everybody

Wah! So now Ankita is dictating Pavitra Rishta?! Kya baat kya baat?! Aur Ekta to chhutti pe hai right? No I forgot she made Ankita the chairperson of Balaji Telefilms.

I said it once and I will say it again- whoever is not comfortable working in the show for any reason, either find a solution by talking to the creative team or leave with dignity. But don't blame other actors for your decisions or spread rumours about them. This is all HIGHLY unprofessional.

I am proud to be a fan of Ankita Lokhande. She never said anything bad about any co-star on the show or blamed them for her quitting. First she negotiated with CV's but when she was not happy with her role she chose to walk out in a proper way. They still wanted her back, so negotiated and she came back.

When there is a mass exit from a company , a work place or even television.. It's usually because something is not going right at the core which starts with PH and Ekta..

If ekta is twisting the show to favor ONE person, then its obvious that the rest will leave!!! So no one is saying its ANKITA's fault but the fact that the PH are favoring her is ruining everyone else's role in the show...

Therefore if the rest have decided to quit then Ankita fans shld be happy that she will get to eat the cake alone!!

@bold: You are speaking as if the leap is taking place just so that Ankita can play a younger character.

The leap was supposed to happen even if Anki had quit.. in fact that is why she had walked out cos she didnt want to play a grandmother and Gautami was roped in. Then they probably proposed that Anki could play a younger character in the new generation too and she walked back. Immaterial of whether Anki quit or remained, the leap was very much part of the story ahead- Ashvik would still have to play parents to new actors, then why is it being said that 'favouring Ankita' is ruining everyone else's roles in the show?

And yes, people ARE saying its Ankita's fault. I have read comments in the forum itself, pehle bhi aur abhi bhi.

ankita returned bcoz she was promised a younger role thats why such a big leap is happening just for her to play a younger role
