Any mother would react this way, I agree but not to the extent that she telling her daughter that she is dead for her and dont want to see her face again.

For me sherma, it does not matter what archu or what purvi would have done in the past. Its about the manner in which arch reacted. Her anger was justified, curse purvi, slap her, beat her, put her out your house or even tell her not to see your face again but dont tell her to consider you dead. telling your child those words for me is quite harsh coming from a mother. A mother of all persons should be the most understanding especially when it comes to their daughters.

If I were purvi, I would walk away, move on, life would not end for me. It would only motivate me that when this family see me again, they must respect the dust I and my daughter walk on. If arjun wants to join me and leave all behind, it would be a plus for me.

Archu was correct in what she did. Any mother would do that. That's her haq. I'm happy she did that.

I don't think Mata Archana has ever been a good mother to any of her children. she is to blame for the mess here. If two of her daughters fell for the same man she should have made a point clear to the girls. No man is worth breaking family relationship for and no man is worth enough fighting for. Instead she ignored Ovi's pain and her suicidal tendency and went happily in fixing and participating in Purvi's wedding. And when Purvi became too Mahan and donated her finace to Ovi, she started supporting Ovi in her married life which hardly existed and ignored Purvi's pain. She was never their for any of her biological children. Soham was kidnapped by Varsha due to Archana's negligence. She ignored Sachin for Soham when the boys were little. A woman who could never take care of the children she gave birth too - you expect her to be a good mother to an adopted child? I like Archu because I think she is amazingly beautiful. But her character just sucks.

i totally agree with you. I thought Archana was the only one who would understand Purvi and help her through the difficult time she is facing but alas Archana loves her real daughters more than Purvi. Why is Purvi always being blamed. I think it's high time that Ovi learn some lessons too and get some slaps too. I hate the fact that Purvi always have to sacrifice for everybody else. When she sacrificed her love, everyone accepted that why didn't they yell at Ovi then. Purvi always pleases everybody and always end up getting hurt when everyone misunderstands her. Its high time she gets the happiness she deserves and that's Arjun and Pari. I hate that the show is portraying that all sacrifices go in vain and that there is no happiness in a woman's life.

archana and manav proved that blood is thicker then the love and sacrafice of a child that is not your own blood. if Archana had given birth to Purvi, she would not have treated her so harshly.

I think Archana's reaction was justified today she went through a shocker.. Even tho the Im dead to you part was a bit much to me, she was flabbergasted.
What I want to see is what happens after this. Then only I will judge.
