SHUDDH DESI ROMANCE - TEASER REVIEW

Though the montage style teaser of Shuddh Desi Romance comes with an element of freshness, it hardly tells anything about its characters. However, when Jaideep Sahni and Maneesh Sharma are at the helm of things, it wouldn't be wrong to expect something smart, contemporary and insightful.

As has been the case with more recent love stories, the film seems to focus on what happens after arelationship rather that how the couple got together. Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Choprashare an easy chemistry as you're introduced to them through a small town setting with remarkably common place situations.

All in all, it's the title of the film, Shuddh Desi Romance that captures its essence maybe with an added element of modernity. It is set to release in theatres on 13^th September, 2013.
