See Hilly, the promos are already aired now of the Mahamilan of the Century of the Maha premis😉, so am assuming that PRians are all flocking to their TV screens and waiting with bated anticipation for that auspicious time in the astrological charts when they will incredibly lucky to witness this highly anticipated Mahamilan of the premis😃. So, if this events is so much expected and anticipated, I guess that there is already a steady increase in TRPs from this week, that will culminate in a record breaking event the day all the planets and stars finally line up for the Mahamilan Event😃. So, am waiting too, with bated breath to see TRPs this and the following weeks😃😉

So Pratham doesn't rape Gauri? That is a relief because when that scene came on, my parents changed the channel and then proceeded to yell at me for watching the show. I always thought he had raped Gauri but if he hadn't, then that's good. Still he shouldn't have attacked her like that. I think EK implied marital rape in another show of hers - Koi Dil Main Hain. Hiten was in that one too but it wasn't as good as Kutumb.

I don't think the amar premis will fetch high TRPs even with their reunion. They have always been unappealing to the general TRP audience, who mainly watched it for Manav-Archana's story. When more importance was given to the amar premis like now, the TRPs have been low. PR would fetch high TRPs if it brought in some new and interesting story lines instead of recycling the same old garbage about siblings fighting over one person, senseless sacrfice, and fake parvarish.

Thanks Teju for clarifying that Pratham did not rape her but as I remember he used to harass her..

I loved HT and GP at that time..Such a breath of fresh air type couple..

Hiten and Gauri were a breath of fresh air indeed! Such a lovely couple.

And you're right about Kkusum being almost like PR. The only thing I took away from that show is the many marriages of the female leads. Kusum was supposed to marry some other guy but then ended up marrying Abhay, then divorcing Abhay, then marrying Siddharth, then marrying Abhay again. And Abhay was the character I hated the most in that show. I didn't even want him to be redeemed, he was that low of a roach.

But PR is living up to being worse than Kkusum with its infestation of pests 😃.

HI Varsha, I am doing good. I feel at home responding to topics by Kools or you. It feels like old times... there are so many new names and don't know much about them to discuss.

Yesterday's episode when Manav was shouting (I hate his shouting) at Arjun that why did you marry Ovi if you did not love her...BS...Arjun had already told openly to Deshmukhs especially Manave that he loves Purvi. Manav had no control over Ovi at that time. Ovi was obsessed with Arjun and went ahead to marry him at any cost.

Everyone should pay their dues and their faults are not to be forgiven.

Ovi should pay for her mistakes. I don't want her to die, but to come out of it strong. I want a nice man for her who will love her for what she is and help her to forget her past and make a beautiful life and have children together. Not to go back to India again.

Purvi a self adviser should be banned out of D's and K' houses. I used to get mad at Archana when she used to do all kinds of stupid sacrifices before her breakup of 15 years. Her self inflicted sacrifices led to her own destruction for a good portion of her living years. Purvi is worse than Archana. She has actually gone few steps further and made enemies. Her hair style and saree style make her look like a dehati. I think early this week's episode when Ovi came home late she asked him some questions and said mera haq ha poochane ko...mae thumari beevi ke haq se puchte hun. I like to ask her what haq is she talking about? She is married to him...but has no other relationship with him...her own thing about staying paviter for Arjun. She is all over stupid and I have started to dislike her more and more. I still think that Ovi is cleaner in mind and soul than Purvi. She has no hidden agenda to destroy others but the sad part is that she is not doing anything about it.

i cannot believe purvi actually went to see arjun today...didnt sulo tell her to let her know when arjun needs to see pari and she will arrange it...then why did purvi have to go herself??
