Manav did not marry Shravani, he ran from mandap and Archana did same. Not to mention the fact that Archana went to take back her man from Shravani. Manav and Archana not perfect, but their love is way stronger. Purvi and Arjun have infatuation, no substance to their relationship, light breeze could blow it to pieces. Manav never found any other woman, after he and Archana parted, not even in the 18yrs. Arjun and Purvi joke on love.

Just adding that, Shravani circumstances were different from Ovi. Shravani was told to get married to Manav because she was pregnant with his brother's child. Manav was already deeply in love with Archana and they were husband and wife, so how could he forget Archana?
