Ok so Arjun and DK are rich but so what ? That does not mean that Manav is no more responsible for his daughter ..That is his kid , he has to look after her more than anyone else ...
No one can take place of your dad when it comes to caring .It is Purvi's right that Manav should look after her if she is in trouble ..He is angry with her but still he should make sure that she is comfortable ...He has to find out if Arjun and DK are indeed looking after Purvi and Pari financially or not .If Arjun had not seen poor Onir lift those boxes , he would have never come with the money ...Why did Manav come with the money ?????I really really hope that Archana has a big fight with Manav for being horrid to Soham and for neglecting his responsibility towards Purvi and Pari .
Tanya, Manav is a good man, but he's not God. He knew about the existence of purvi a year back, he did not bring her up and from the time he knows her, his family, the daughter he brought up has been in trouble. Ideally, yes he should treat all children equally. But we are not ideal, perfect people. Even archana, who gave birth to ovi and teju, does not love them anywhere close to she loves purvi. When she came to know ovi was suicidal, she cried but didn't stop or delay the marriage. At least here, manav went to mittal to ask him not to take action against onir, he was ready to give whatever money mittal wanted to drop the case. He also went with the lawyer personally to bail onir when he knew he was arrested. Not a lot of dads in his shoes would be able to do that; be even that much fair that he understood onir and purvi's actions didn't deserve such a permanent punishment as onir losing his medical license.
It has nothing to do with purvi being adopted and ovi biological. Sachin is not manav's biological son, but he is as good as because he's been raised by manav ever since he was a baby. That's also the reason manav hasn't been able to connect with soham yet. He automatically loves him in the abstract because he's his son, but the only way he knows soham is as a person who's brought nothing but trouble to his family from the time he's back in their lives.
And pari has her millionaire dad and grand-dad to take care of her every need. It is not only their responsibility, but their greatest wish. They are fully capable of doing it too. If manav can get over his anger and remember his responsibilities towards purvi, that will honestly be his really big heart and more than can be expected of him. Already, even now, he allows purvi to come to his home and be part of family discussions--both when pari was kidnapped and when ovi left. Even sulo hasn't allowed purvi back home yet.
