Judge saw Purvi the mother of alive baby willing to give baby up to the father so that was ok by him ...The other mother who lost her baby does not count ...Why was Ovi not brought up as a witness???? Than again I forgot Manav and Sachu were on Onir's side and really not on Ovi or her dead baby's side
