Baisakhi is a festival celebrated across
the northern Indian subcontinent,
especially in the Punjab region by the
Sikh community. More recently, this
festival is also celebrated around the
world where there is a concentration
of Sikh diaspora. For the Sikh
community this festival commemorates
the establishment of the Khalsa. It is
also celebrated by Hindus and
Buddhists for different reasons
including the start of a new year.

So there have been Ugada i.e. TELEGU NEW YEAR,Gudi parwa i.e. MARATHI NEW YEAR,Cheti Chand i.e. SINDHI NEW YEAR,Baisakhi i.e. SIKH NEW YEAR..Next in line is BENGALI NEW YEAR on MONDAY...😛

Our Bangladesh Celebrate BENGALI NEW YEAR on SUNDAY..
